ParticipantI have used the facebook importer for quite some time and then switched to the event aggregator when you guys made the switch. I’m willing to hold out a little bit longer to see if any progress gets made but I’m curious to know if you plan on issuing refunds for this product? I can get by with the pro version of the events calendar and putting in consecutive events but the ONLY reason I use aggregator is for the simplicity it allows me in not having to copy an event from the calendar to a clients facebook page.

I’m sorry that Event Aggregator is no longer working the way you need it to…at the moment, imports from Facebook are effectively blocked, and although we are doing our best to restore as much functionality as possible, this will depend on what changes are made to the Facebook API going forward. We will continue to post updates here as they become available.
In the meantime, we would be happy to switch out your EA license for another product. If this doesn’t work for you, we can also issue a partial refund for your EA license. If you would like to go ahead with one of these options, please let me know, and I’ll get it taken care of for you!
