    I renewed my license and the License screen says that it’s valid until 2019, but I still cannot import anything but CSVs.

    I tried removing the license altogether, which triggered the purchase CTAs. I reentered the license key which, again, gave me a valid message, but options other than CSV are still grayed out.

    Hi Kevin,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on. Can you try removing the license again, but this time also disconnect your site before adding it back in? This issue pops up occasionally following renewals, but these two steps typically resolve it.

    If this doesn’t work, please let me know, and I can generate a new key for you.

    Hi Jennifer – I tried disconnecting the site, as well, since it had
    previously been tied to a development domain rather than the live domain,
    but still no joy. 🙁
