KeymasterHi Roeland,
I’m sorry for the delay here…another thing you can check is the start and end sale dates under the Advanced tab on the ticket edit section…if the current date is outside the range set there, the tickets will not appear on the front end.
It is odd that you are not seeing a “Help” option under the Events menu in the Dashboard. Can you try re-installing the plugins (The Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus) to see if that fixes this issue? If not, can you send me a screenshot of what you are seeing under Events > Tickets? Please make sure to backup your site before doing this, just to be on the extra-safe side. If you are able to get to the Help section, please share your system info with me. This will be helpful in
The next step would be to run through the steps outlined here (or use a plugin like Health Check) to test for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or another plugin.
We are not able to login to the backend of user sites, but please let me know how it goes with the above steps!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Aaron,
Thanks for clarifying…you can try the is_archive function, and we have a full list of functions that our plugins offer here. The tribe_get_events_title function does get the page title (not the event titles), and within that function, there are checks to determine which type of page you’re on and display a title accordingly. You can take a look at this in wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/functions/template-tags/loop.php. While we never recommend making changes directly in the plugin files (as these will be erased next time you update the plugin), you can use the tribe_get_events_title filter to customize the output for certain views.
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you have any other questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

Managing Your Orders and Attendees
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but please feel free to open up a new thread if you run into any issues or have any questions on getting up and running with ET+.

KeymasterHi J.J.,
Following some recent changes to the Facebook API, imports from Facebook are currently blocked. I’m sorry for the bad news here! As far as getting things back up and running, we really don’t know at this point – it will depend on what happens with the Facebook API moving forward. We are posting updates here as they become available.
Event Aggregator will still work normally for other types of imports like Google calendars, so if you have a way to get your events from Facebook into Google, you could then import them from Google.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you right now, but if Event Aggregator no longer works for your project, we’d be happy to switch out your license for another product. If you’d like to go this route, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Are you looking for an event’s attendee list on the front end or the back?
You can see a list of attendees on the back end by clicking on the “View Attendees” button on the ticket section of the event edit screen, and you can display a list of attendees on the front end by checking the “Show attendees list on event page” option under Settings on the ticket edit section. This article has some more details on managing your attendees.
Please let me know if this helps and if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that Event Aggregator is no longer working the way you need it to…at the moment, imports from Facebook are effectively blocked, and although we are doing our best to restore as much functionality as possible, this will depend on what changes are made to the Facebook API going forward. We will continue to post updates here as they become available.
In the meantime, we would be happy to switch out your EA license for another product. If this doesn’t work for you, we can also issue a partial refund for your EA license. If you would like to go ahead with one of these options, please let me know, and I’ll get it taken care of for you!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Kate,

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! This is a good point…unfortunately there is not currently an out-of-the-box way to include any locations without a venue, but you could do this via a customization.
If you would like to give this a shot, our themer’s guide is the place to start! We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations like this, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction! If you’d prefer not to tackle this customization on your own, we <i>may</i> be able to assist you further. We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Unfortunately I was not able to access the page to take a look at this, as it looks like the site currently requires a login to access. However, there are a few things that I would recommend…
First, if the styling you’re looking for is the styling that your theme applies to other checkboxes, the you can try adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme.
If this doesn’t help, then you will likely need to dive into the CSS…after making changes, you’ll also want to clear out your cache (in your browser and on your site if you are doing any caching there) to make sure you are seeing the current version of the page.
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you can send me a link to a public version of the page, I’ll be happy to take a look and see what I can recommend!
