    Hello Dan,

While this is not something that is available out of the box, you may be able to use a third party plugin to get it working. I did a quick search and found this one and this one (haven’t tested them out), but there may be others as well. Events are of the “tribe_events” post type, so you’ll want to use something that will work with custom post types.

I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Dan,

You can create and save additional fields for tickets that are available globally as you mentioned, but there is not currently a way to pre-create ticket “templates” that you can select to automatically bring in information to new tickets. Sorry for the bad news!

If this is something you’d like to see implemented in the future, can you please post this as a feature request over in our Feature Ideas Forum? This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for reaching out!

The theme can have a large impact on how the events pages are displayed, but you can adjust this with the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display.

With Events Calendar Pro, you have several additional options for displaying events, such as photo, week, and map views, widget shortcodes, and full calendar view shortcodes.

If you’d like to test it out, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out!

You can edit or remove the information displayed in the photo view by editing the photo view template. We have instructions on how to do that here. The file you’ll want to copy can be found at wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/photo/single-event.php. From there, look for this section:

Removing that will leave you with just the photo, event name, and date, and you can do the same thing for any other elements that you want to remove from the template. Let me know if you have any questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Dan,

Thanks for checking out Community Events!

Events created from the front end Community form and events created on the backend are actually one and the same. Community Events creates a front-end submission form that allows users to create events without having access to the backend of your site, but it doesn’t create different types of events.

The Community My Events page will list all events created by that user account, regardless of whether they were created on the front end or the back.

If you’d like to try it out, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to take Community Events for a test run! If you have any other questions, please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Chip,

Absolutely! You can add the [tribe-user-event-confirmations] shortcode to the page you would like users to be able to view their events on – a “My Account” page, for example. This will let logged-in users see the upcoming events they have registered for.

Will this work for you? Please let me know if you have any questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

Thanks for checking out Event Aggregator!

Yes, you should be able to import from that page. As long as the page/group is public, or if importing from an individual user, the events are public, then you can import them! For more information on what you can do with Event Aggregator and the options that come with it, I would recommend taking a look at the following articles:

in reply to: Purchase Notes – Online Seminar Events #1378579

    Hi Brandi,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

By default, two emails are sent when a user purchases tickets: the order confirmation (from WooCommerce) and the actual tickets (from Event Tickets Plus). To include a unique link to the seminar in the ticket email (as well as custom event notes) would require a little bit of a customization, but this post has an example that should help you do this. Basically, you would use the additional fields that come with Events Calendar Pro to create the fields on each event. You could then add the fields to the ticket email template, as Barry mentions in the example I linked to. Finally, you would want to hide the fields from the front end of the site, which you could do by adding a quick snippet to the functions.php file of your child theme.

I did a quick test with the purchase notes, and those should work for you as well. Tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products, so you can edit the ticket in WooCommerce and add the purchase note as you would a typical product.

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to take Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus for a test run! If you have any other questions, please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Nick,

Thanks for reaching out! I just took a look at your site, and it appears the images are showing correctly now. Were you able to get this resolved? If not, could you please send me a link to a page where the image is being displayed at 225%? I’d also recommend adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These control how much the events pages inherit styling from the theme and could influence the size of the featured image.

Let me know if you still need assistance with this or if you have any questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Colm,

I’m sorry to hear your scheduled imports aren’t working, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on! First, could you please share your system information with me? I also have a couple questions:

How many scheduled imports per day do you currently have on your site?

When you go to Events > Import > History tab, do you see any records of failed imports? If so, hover over the red exclamation mark and let me know what messages you see.

Please also send a screenshot of the Event Aggregator System Status that you will find under Events > Help.

    Thank you,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

I’m glad to hear you’re liking Event Tickets Plus so far!

The default tickets section (where users can add tickets to their cart) doesn’t “know” that you want to use the deposits option out of the box. This would require a customization to get that option to appear there. It sounds like you may have found a code example that you tried out? If so, can you include a link to it or paste the code you’re using here so that I can take a look? Please note that we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations/integrations, but I’ll be happy to see what I can recommend!

You could also try out WooCommerce Deposits. I haven’t tested this with Event Tickets Plus, but since tickets are WooCommerce simple products, you might be able to use it. With either extension, your best bet may be to use the full product page for tickets. This article has more information on doing this as well as some code that you can use to allow customers to access the product page for tickets. Let me know if that helps and if you have any questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Jennifer,

I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this issue as well! I just checked on this, and unfortunately I don’t have a timeline I can give you as to when it will be resolved. However, we are working on it, and I linked this thread to our internal ticket. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.

I do apologize for the inconvenience! If you have any questions in the meantime, please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer
