I have run into an issue I hope you can help with.
We have a number of people on our site who can create events. I am trying to make the process as simple as possible for them to be able to create them.
I was wondering if it’s possible to pre determine ticket information – a lot of our events are the same so it would save time if they could just select a ticket type that has already been created – just like we can with the attendee information.
You can create and save additional fields for tickets that are available globally as you mentioned, but there is not currently a way to pre-create ticket “templates” that you can select to automatically bring in information to new tickets. Sorry for the bad news!
If this is something you’d like to see implemented in the future, can you please post this as a feature request over in our Feature Ideas Forum? This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
