    Hi Regis,

I’m not quite sure why that individual is not showing up when you search for them.  It is possible that this is occurring because they checked out as a Guest, so their information is not stored in the same way.  In the future, you can require users to log in before RSVP’ing so that you can store their information.

Also, I’m not familiar with Smart Manager, so I cannot advise on how to use that product to assist you here.

Unfortunately, if you cannot isolate the individual RSVP, it won’t be possible to change their status.

I’m sorry that I don’t have more helpful information here.  Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

    1. You can create a scheduled import, so that events will be pulled in from Meetup on the schedule of your choosing.
    2. No, the featured image does not get imported as a featured image in WordPress.
    3. No, they will appear as individual events.
    4. Yes, depending on the Event Update Authority that you have selected.  You can choose to have changes from the source update on your site.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: we do not want to show serial description in list view #1553665

    Hi Hardy,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

If you are looking to customize the List View template, you may want to start off by looking at the list/single-event.php template.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Category Calendar have issue #1553659

    Hi Thaddeus,

Thanks so much for reaching out again!

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem.

Unfortunately, I could reproduce the same issue on my end. I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.

I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.

Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Justin,

    Thanks for reaching out again!

I took a look at your other thread, and a report has been logged for this issue.  Unfortunately this feature has not yet been resolved, so for now, it looks like you may have to manually make these changes.

I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you.  Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Vidya,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

in reply to: Tickets disappearing #1553620

    Hi Robin,

It is difficult to troubleshoot the issue if the ticket has been deleted, and the new ticket seems to be working as expected.

If the issue occurs again, can you reach back out to us so that we can troubleshoot then?

Let me know if you’re cool with that!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Darren,

I’m sorry to hear that did not resolve the issue.  Can you take a screenshot of where the message appears?

Additionally, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    • A conflict with another plugin
    • A conflict with your WordPress theme
    • A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    • Make a backup of your database
    • Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Order events in main blog loop by post date #1553196

Thanks so much for reaching out again here!

Have you enabled Include events in main blog loop under Events Settings < General?

Then you can add that snippet to your theme’s functions.php file.

Can you provide me with the link to the page where your main blog loop is included?

    Hi Rachel,

Thanks for providing me with that information.

Can you also take a screenshot of how the RSVP and event are set up on the backend, so that I can try to replicate things on my test site?

    Hi Darren,

I haven’t seen other users report this issue, however I’m glad to hear that the functionality is working for you now.

I’m assuming this message will go away at some point and does not have any effect on your events or site.

Can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes.  You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Event Aggregator will not remember Eventbrite login #1553163

    Hi Nancy,

Thanks for providing me with that information.

Can you try installing and configuring the following extension so that it uses Australia as the locale?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/eventbrite-additional-options/

Let me know if that helps!

    Hi Micha,

Thanks for providing me with this information.  Are these all of the transactions for your tickets?  So what we are seeing here is that the IPN is created for your orders, but then the order is not created, is that correct?

Once these orders come over to PayPal, you are still seeing no orders in WooCommerce > Order and no Attendees in your attendees tab either, correct?

So the only record is this IPN creation here, right?

I just want to ensure that I fully understand how the functionality is working for you.

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
