As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi James,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, I’m not able to set the ticket capacity to Unlimited upon importing via CSV.
I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status as pending fix and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.
In the meantime, the only workaround I’ve found so far is using -1 and then manually editing the ticket after import and set it to unlimited capacity.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work on this.
Unfortunately, your other request is not available either.
You can add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

KeymasterHi Darren,
Unfortunately I’m not able to replicate the issue that you are describing. I visited this page: https://www.wsxenterprise.co.uk/event/instagram-for-business-strategy-tips-tricks-for-driving-sales/ and reload the page, and don’t see any different results. Am I missing something here?
I also imported the event from that page onto my test site, and everything seemed to work as expected.
Let me know if there is something else I should try and if you find anything in the debug log!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Vincent,
The additional fields may not be available through PayPal. Are you seeing the default attendee information appear? Can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Eric,
No, you do not need Event Aggregator in order for Eventbrite Tickets to work. We have done away with the Legacy Import and you can find your Eventbrite import tool under Events Settings < Imports.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterYou can try to log in to your PayPal account and view the submitted payments there. However, I cannot guarantee that the information will appear on your attendee screen.

KeymasterHi Simone,
That is correct, if you are within the 30-day window, you are welcome to a full refund.
In order to see further functionality, you will have to purchase the plugins.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
