KeymasterHi Eric,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!
Can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end as well?
In the meantime, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Let me know if anything else comes up along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Julie,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Eventbrite Tickets, you can import your events from eventbrite.com and/or list your events there as well.
You can create different landing pages for each of your venues to display on your site, as in the examples you provided.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Alex,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m not quite sure how to include this information into WooCommerce Follow Up Emails. This may be a question for the developers of that extension.
Let me know if you have any other questions over here!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Chris,
Okay, I see. With the Ultimate Member plugin disabled, does the functionality return as expected?
Let me know how updating and testing go!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Damjan,
I’m not sure why it appears that way in your settings. Perhaps it is because the URL is so long.
In any case, it seems that things are working as expected.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterNo problem, let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Vincent,
We do have a bug report logged for this exact issue. We are actively working on a fix for this issue, and it should be released very soon.
Thank you for your patience in this matter.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

KeymasterHi Darren,
When I tried to import either of the events that you provided from Eventbrite, I got an Invalid Eventbrite URL error and could not import.
With the latest version of Eventbrite Tickets (we released an update today), what results do you see?
With the thread that you linked to, the user had an issue with organizers. Can you ensure that all of your fields are correctly filled in, and that every field is filled in? This is a requirement of Eventbrite, not us.
Can you also enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mal,
Can you provide me with the exact code that you are using, as well as your system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Also, does the snippet provided in the article work for you if it is not an additional field?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Liz,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Can you perhaps be more specific about what information you would not like to appear on that page?
Another option would be for you to install the third-party plugin, Health Check, which can mimic a bare WordPress install while your site visitors still see your site the way that it normally appears.
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Simone,
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate that request, however we do have a great 30-day full refund policy, so if things really don’t work out the way you’d hoped, you can get a full refund.
Also, feel free to check out our demo site here.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Liz,
One other thing you can try is to create the values so that they are one word, without a space. So for example, Evergreen, instead of Evergreen High School.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Simone,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus, you can create events and populate your calendar to add events. Since recurring events are not supported with Event Tickets Plus, you can then break events from the series in order to create individual tickets for each event.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

Can you post this question over on the WordPress.org forum for The Events Calendar?

KeymasterHi Liz,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you point me to where you are seeing this byline? I’m not seeing it on the page that you linked to.
Also, can you try switching to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’, and see if the byline is still there?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
