Hi there,
We have a licence for Event Aggregator and another (through [email protected]) for Eventbrite Tickets.
Whilst we can import events through Aggregator, the Tickets functionality is not working.
See: https://nedon.staging.wpengine.com/event/private-nedonboard-insights-for-the-board/
We had to get Event Aggregator because before we did, the tickets were showing but events would not import: we ended up in a circular route trying to log into Eventbrite and having that blocked.
Now we can import but we do not have the ticket functionality on the website.
Please advise?

Thanks for providing me with that information.
As a next step, can you try updating your Eventbrite Tickets plugin to the most recent version and see if that resolves the issue?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

We have a current license that was purchased in January. Please could you tell me how to do this? I filed a support ticket from that account ([email protected]) asking for a new License Key – is that what we need? Please just tell me which steps to take and I’ll get them done. 🙂

June 21, 2018 at 10:55 am #1558522Jaime MarchwinskiKeymasterHi Kate,
It looks like you do have an active license for Eventbrite Tickets under that account name. Â Do you have access to the license key? You may also want to transfer to account to your email address to make things easier.
You should be able to update from the back-end of your site.
Let me know what you’re seeing there and we can troubleshoot further!
Thanks,
Jaime
