KeymasterHi Kari,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your site.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

KeymasterHi Mely,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately at this time, there isn’t really a way to import recurring events via a CSV in that manner.
You do have the option to Schedule Imports, although this isn’t the same as importing recurring events via a One-Time Import.
You are welcome to try out a third-party plugin, such as WP All Import (premium version), which should be able to help you achieve the results that you are looking for.
In the meantime, please vote on this idea in our feature requests, as we often implement ideas based on our customer feedback:

Please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Sebastian,
Thank you for taking care of that. I completely understand the discomfort with just waiting to see what happens, but there isn’t really a way to test if the issue will occur again without waiting to see if it happens again.
I wish I had a better answer for you. In the meantime, I would also recommend to update your WordPress version to the most recent version (v4.9), after creating a backup of your site.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Tracy,
I believe you may have shared the wrong screenshot with me. Can you please re-send that to me, as well as the URL to your calendar that you are trying to import?
Also, please check your Event Aggregator System Status under Events < Help and include a screenshot for me.
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site, as per our Support Policy, but we will do our best to help you here.
Please let me know if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterGotcha, so as you probably know, WP Cron isn’t super reliable, so if you are concerned about your calendar being updated at exactly 4am, you have the option to set up a real cron job instead of using WP Cron. Your hosting provider should be able to help you with this.
These articles might also be helpful:

And to answer your question about deleting events, unfortunately at this time if you want to delete something from your events calendar, you will have to do it manually, even if you delete it from your Google Calendar.
You are welcome to vote on this feature request, as we take customer feedback into account when we implement new features:
And just to clarify, was I seeing the same results that you were seeing with your imports?
Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Amanda,
Welcome and thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are having this issue on your site. As a first step, would you please update your Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO plugins to their most recent versions and re-test if the issue still occurs?
If that doesn’t fix your issue, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

KeymasterHi Grégoire,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
Depending on which plugins you are interested in, you do have the ability to use different currencies. With Community Events and Community Tickets, you can either allow users to select a currency to use with this or you can choose a currency for them with this handy extension.
With Events Tickets Plus, if you are using WooCommerce, you can only select one currency by default, but you can purchase an additional WooCommerce extension to help you with currency switching.
I hope this helps to clarify things for you. Please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Cheryl,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can do a search for all events based on a keyword. If you are in Month View, it will only display results for the current month, but you can go to the next or previous month and those results will be there.
Alternatively, you can look at another view, like List View, where you will see a list of your search results, with multiple months appearing at once, if space allows.
You can enable the search bar by verifying that Disable the Events Search Bar is unchecked under Events Settings < Display.
I hope this helps to clarify things for you! Please let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
Jaime
