Events on the backend have no data for recurring events, venue, nor orgnanizer

Greetings,

I am trying to update a recurring event, and when I went to the backend I found no menu in the visual, nor text editors. I found no recurring events, no venue, and no organizer. When I clicked on the “Schedule Multiple Events” button it updated the event, losing all the subsequent series of recurring events.

I noticed that others are having the same problem. I have subscribed to that thread as well.

I am using the Avada theme, I turned off all caching, turned the events calendar plugins off and on. I am using the pro version. I am copying some screen captures showing nothing in a recurring event. These events were created in August 2017.

Fixed! I was using the Chrome browser (MacOS) and then switched to the Safari browser, all was well. I flushed the Chrome cache and now all is well again. All done. No need for your help.

I do want to add that I really, really enjoy the events calendar! Thank you for your good work.
