KeymasterHi Daryl,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar, you can create a calendar of events. With the addition of Event Aggregator, you can import events that you also have created, from a variety of different sources, right into your calendar.
In addition, we maintain a list of developers that we work with who can help you to customize our plugin, if that is something that you are interested in.

I hope this helps to provide some clarity. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
I’m not entirely familiar with how CCB works, however I can say that we have an awesome 30 day full refund policy, if things end up not working out for you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Jon,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
By default, all tickets are sent in an email to the purchaser of the tickets. However, you can try the following snippet, which may be able to help you achieve the results that you are looking for:

You can also use our Themer’s Guide to edit the ticket and email templates to help you get closer to what you are looking to achieve.
I hope this helps! Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Penny,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Wow, that is definitely not normal behavior. It is important to upgrade to the most recent versions of all of your plugins and WordPress version, however I would recommend going slowly. It sounds like something is happening in the database with the upgrade. I’d recommend upgrading in this order, after backing up:
- Upgrade all plugins and themes
- Upgrade WordPress core
- Upgrade WooCommerce
Check the result each step to make sure that things are still okay.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mark,
Welcome and thanks so much for reaching out!
Try to add this snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file. Keep in mind that you will just have to edit the times to suit your needs:

At this time, we are not currently offering a discount on renewals, which is why the price you are seeing is for $89.
Although we are not offering any discounts currently, feel free to peruse our Deals, Coupons & Discounts! page for upcoming discounts.
Please let me know if you need any further clarification!

KeymasterHi Beatriz,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, would you please update your Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO plugins and check if the issue still occurs?
In addition, there are a number of mixed content error messages appearing in the console, so I would recommend installing and configuring a plugin, like this one, in order to resolve those errors.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

KeymasterHi Julian,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing the issue with our plugin! Can you confirm that if you switch to a default theme that everything works as expected?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Marco,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue, though I’m glad that you have a workaround that seems to be working for you, at least for now.
Just to clarify:
- You create a new recurring event, the time is displayed incorrectly
- You edit the event, let it edit all occurrences, and everything displays correctly on the front end
Please let me know if I’m missing something here. Would you mind taking a screenshot of how you have your event set up in the back end, so that I can test the same scenario on my end?
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Also, before going through this process, please update your Events Calendar plugin to the most recent version (v4.6.4)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jérôme,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are having this issue with Event Aggregator. Would you mind sharing the URL that you are trying to import?
In addition, please check your Event Log under Events < Help, as well as your Event Aggregator System Status, and let me know (or take a screenshot) if you see anything unusual.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Hein,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
In order to show past events, you can use the [tribe_events] shortcode which accepts a date attribute – letting you force it to display events from the past.
Alternatively, you can create a custom event query, as in this tutorial:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/custom-event-queries/
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Wouter,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
What are you using to display the links in this way? Just an FYI that The Events Calendar Shortcode plugin is not affiliated with us, so we will not be able to provide support related to that plugin.
