KeymasterHi Aniko,
Thanks for providing me with that information. It seems that there is a limit on the number of events that can be exported at one time. If you exporting from month view, it will only export the current month’s events.
One thing to try is the snippet provided in the following forum thread:
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Benjamin,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
And just to clarify, is the issue that you are seeing this message pop up, and/or are you looking to customize that message?
If you are looking to customize that message, you can try achieving those results by following along with the following tutorial:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Rodrigo,
Unfortunately without more information, I cannot resolve the issue. Additionally, we are limited by our Support Policy and cannot log in to customer’s site, but I will do my best to help you here.
Can you confirm that you tried altering your timezones and the issue still hasn’t been fixed?
Are the events that don’t have the correct time all off by the same amount? In other words, can you tell if there is a pattern of any kind? Would you mind taking a screenshot of the way you have one of those events set up on the back end, so that I can try to replicate things on my end?
Also, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.
Do you have any customizations on your site? If so, it is possible that they are blocking things from our plugin from working properly on your site. Please let me know!
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Marco,
Thank you for providing me with that information. I tested the scenario on my site and I did see the same results as you. However, I believe that this is expected behavior because the calendar is importing events in the UTC timezone.
With the timezone settings that you have, you can then go into the the individual All Day event that you want to change and edit the timezone on that single event. I tested this scenario with the event you mentioned and it works. If you change the timezone on that event to Eastern time, it will return to an all day event for December 11.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Rosemary,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
It seems that your Events Slug and Single Events Slug are both “course”. You may want to edit your Events Slug to be something like the plural “courses”. You can do this by going to Events Settings < General and Save Changes.
If that doesn’t resolve your issue, try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Dave,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately this is related to a known issue that we are currently working on.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

With Community Events and Community Tickets, you can decide how you would like to split ticket sales, including not splitting them and having the administrator receive all of the ticket sales. You can read more about that here:

Please let me know if you need any further clarification!

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
The URL that you linked to returned a 404 error. Would you mind pointing me to where you are seeing the issue, so that I can see things for myself?
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Vincent,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO, we do not have built in membership options, although you may be able to make something like this work with the integration of a third-party plugin, like Members.
If you are referring to having users post events from the front end, you may want to look into our Community Events plugin.
Also, feel free to check out our demo site in order to see things in action!
Please let me know if you need any further clarification!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Eros,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO, you can view many events at once in a variety of views, and you can also view single events at a time.
In addition, our products are highly customizable and you can edit the single events template to show the information that you are looking to display. Our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start!
Feel free to check out our demo site to see things for yourself!
I hope this helps to answer your question, please let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
Jaime
