Hi

is it possible to allow organizers to submit events but have tickets profits not split between organizers and the website owner, i.e. with a price defined only by the website owner and 100% of ticket sales granted to website owner ?

With Community Events and Community Tickets, you can decide how you would like to split ticket sales, including not splitting them and having the administrator receive all of the ticket sales.  You can read more about that here:
