Available Tickets figure is wrong on front end

    Since the update the remaining available ticket count is wrong on the event listing. The number remains at the total capacity for the event. You can see it here, where the available tickets show as 425 (the total tickets for the event) but there are 140 tickets already sold. The tickets are running through WooCommerce.

    In the ticket settings on the backend their is a warning icon next to the Available tickets column.

    I have a staging site which is identical to the live site and everything is working fine there. The staging site is installed in a subfolder of the live site.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    Unfortunately this is related to a known issue that we are currently working on.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.  I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.  They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.  The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.

    Hi Dave!

    Just wanted to share with you that a new maintenance release (for the Week of 3 December 2017) is out, including a fix for this issue 🙂
