How to export all events with the export listed events

Hi there,

We run a sports calendar of events and have been asked by the users if they can export the entire season. Is there a way to do this without having to load ALL the events on a single page listing?

I currently have the list to show 50 events and don’t want to have a page loading all the events. Another option would be to select a date range however the filter bar only selects days of the week. http://www.isa.nsw.edu.au/events/

Is there any way this can be done or what are the options?

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

We do not have a direct feature to create a feed as you ask.

There is this snippet that might help:

Add that to your child theme’s (or parent) functions.php to use it.

Then following the trigger export link on your site to work.

You could then put that link on your site for people to use.

When you say follow the trigger export link on your site, where will I find this link?

How many events can be shown on any page before effecting the load times. Is there any recommendation or limit?

Hi,

It is depends on your server how many events can show at a time. So it is hard to say. Caching will help show more.
