KeymasterHi Rodrigo,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Thanks,

KeymasterHi Rodrigo,
Thanks for supplying me with that information. As a next troubleshooting step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
In addition, there are a number of mixed content error messages appearing in the console, so I would recommend installing and configuring a plugin, like this one, in order to resolve those errors.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

If the issue still continues, would you mind providing me with links to the events that have incorrect dates?
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Rodrigo,
Thanks for providing me with that information. Just to clarify, your issue is that some events are displaying the wrong date, correct?
Are you seeing this difference between the front end and back end? In other words, do you see one date on the front end and another on the back end?
I noticed that you have the timezone set per event. It is possible that your timezone settings are inconsistent, which is why it is appearing in different dates.
I’d recommend looking at your WP timezone settings under Settings < General, as well as your timezone settings in Events Settings < General.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

Participantthe timezone is ok, not all events show wrong so where is the issue ?

KeymasterHi Rodrigo,
Yes, I understand that your WP timezone is set to Sao Paulo, but what I also see is that you have a setting that events have their timezone set individually. This is where I am seeing this in your system information:

You can find this setting by going to Events Settings < General and scrolling down to Timezone Settings. Here is more information about how those settings work:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/working-with-timezones/
You can also view the timezone that is set for each event by going to your Edit Event page and looking at the start/end date and time of the event, like this:

You may want to investigate the individual timezones for the events that have the incorrect date/time.
Are the events that don’t have the correct time all off by the same amount? In other words, can you tell if there is a pattern of any kind? Would you mind taking a screenshot of the way you have one of those events set up on the back end, so that I can try to replicate things on my end?
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Rodrigo,
Unfortunately without more information, I cannot resolve the issue. Additionally, we are limited by our Support Policy and cannot log in to customer’s site, but I will do my best to help you here.
Can you confirm that you tried altering your timezones and the issue still hasn’t been fixed?

Also, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.
Do you have any customizations on your site? If so, it is possible that they are blocking things from our plugin from working properly on your site. Please let me know!
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
