    Hi Andrew,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Christopher,

Sorry to hear about the conflict!

Please let us know if you have any further issues, you are welcome back in our support forums any time!

Since you marked this thread as Resolved, I am going to close this thread.

    Have a great week!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Maximilien,

Well I’m glad to see that we’ve at least narrowed down the issue to a theme conflict.  We don’t have much experience with this theme unfortunately.

Alternatively, if you are interested, you can switch to a different theme.  You can also try playing around with our different templates and stylesheets to see if that makes a difference, as you can opt to have our calendar pull in fewer styles from your theme:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/stylesheets-and-page-templates/

You can also try reaching out to the theme developers to see if they have any suggestions:

    https://themeforest.net/item/kleo-pro-community-focused-multipurpose-buddypress-theme/6776630/support

You can also revert to the previous version of our plugin where there was no conflict:

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Can't add Additional Attendee Information #1402773

    Hi Craig,

I apologize if I am misunderstanding your issue, but just to clarify, are you able to successfully add and use the Additional Information fieldsets?

You can create multi-line field sets by selecting that checkbox under the Label that you create in Attendee Information.  You can add multiple fieldsets to a ticket, which it looks like you are already doing.  You mention that you’d like to add 2 fieldsets to a record, which record are you referring to?  You can add an additional fieldset to capture information about the person booking the ticket, which you can do in the same place.

Additionally, you had linked to a thread that reported another issue, so I just want to make sure that your field sets are working, as the issue reported had field sets that were not working.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Recurring Events – Clarification Please #1402760

Great, thanks for providing me with all of that information.  As a first troubleshooting step, can you update your WordPress version and Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO, and Community Events, to their most recent versions?

After doing so, try creating a new recurring event and see if the issue still occurs.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Events Import (recurring) #1402754

Yes, if you are able to reformat the data that was given to you by the WP All Import engineer into the format that I have provided you with, it is possible that you may be able to make this work, though I can’t make any guarantees.

    I hope this helps!

in reply to: Month view issues in community event and calendar PRO #1402751

    Hi Dmitry,

Thanks for sharing that information.  I tested some things with your theme and it seems that there is a conflict with the theme.

If you are unable to switch to another theme, you can try adding in a body class and see if that helps you issues:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/theme-issues-body-classes/

You can also try reaching out to your theme developers and seeing if they have any suggestions:

    https://wordpress.org/support/theme/creattica

Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions along the way!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Eros,

Here is an example of what a Single Event View will look like:

You can add more information, such as a description, or remove other information as well.  Photo View is used to display all of your events at once, but this is a view of a single event.  You can customize this view to suit your needs as well.

I hope this helps to clarify things for you!  Please let me know if anything else comes up!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: New ticket form doesn't allow null start sale date/time #1402744

    Hi Bruce,

Thanks for that information.  I am able to replicate the behavior that you are seeing on your site.  It seems that if you set an End Date, a Start Date must also be set in order to begin selling tickets. You can set a Start Date to sell tickets immediately.

If you do not set an End Date either, you will see that the ticket Start Date will automatically be an immediate time/date.

If you add in a Start Date (even a date of today), does everything work as expected?

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Tracy,

I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with your site.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

in reply to: Is the "Personal" Events Calendar Pro only for one website? #1401489

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

With a personal license, you can only use your license on one site at a time.  You will have a license key that is associated with only one site and once you have that key connected to a site, it will not work on an additional site.

You have the option to purchase additional licenses should you want to use our plugins on additional sites.

I hope this helps to answer your question!  Please let me know if you need any further clarification.

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Mary,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Unfortunately, this is related to a known bug that we are currently working on.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.  I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.  They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.  The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.

Thank you for your patience as we see this through.  Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Shah,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!  Unfortunately I cannot see the event that you are referring to because you need to be logged in, in order to do so.  However, if you head to Events Settings < Tickets, you can choose which post types have tickets.  You can also require users to log in, in order to purchase tickets.

You can also temporarily disable Community Tickets by going to Events Settings < Community and scrolling down to the Community Tickets section at the bottom.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if anything else comes up!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Todd,

I’m sorry to hear that you had to remove our plugin in order to get things working on your site.

Since you marked this thread as resolved,  I am going to close this thread.

If you have any other issues, please feel free to open up a new thread.

    Thanks,
