    Hi Troy,

    Happy New Year!

Thank you for providing me with this information.  Just so you know, if you make changes to your timezone settings, you may need to manually change the events created before changes were made in order for those events to work properly.  If you create a new event under these conditions, do you still see the same issue occurring?

Do you only see this issue occur when you use a shortcode, or on the main calendar as well?  If the issue occurs with a shortcode, can you provide me with that exact shortcode, so that I can run some tests on my end?

Also, can you take a screenshot of how this event is set up in your Edit Event page, so that I can try to replicate the issue myself?

Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Filter Conflict with Avada Theme #1415578

Thanks so much for providing me with that information.  Unfortunately, I am unable to upload your theme for some reason.  Can you try resending it?

Just to clarify, your issue with the theme is that the Filter Bar does not work with Avada activated, correct?  I have tested this scenario with another version of your theme, and so far I have not been able to replicate the issue.

In the meantime, I would recommend also reaching out to the theme developers, as Avada is usually pretty helpful with these types of conflicts.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Wendy,

    Happy New Year!

I’m glad to hear that you have been making some progress with your site.  As a next troubleshooting step, can you try switching to a default WordPress theme, such as ‘Twentyseventeen’ and see if the issues still exist?

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Replenish Stock Counts #1415574

    Hi Sneha,

    Happy New Year!

I apologize for the delay, as I was away for the holiday.  Anyway, it seems that things are working for the most part.  Once an attendee is deleted, the stock should replenish itself automatically, as you have seen two out of the three times you have tried.

I’m not entirely sure this did not work one time, but in that case, you can manually update the ticket stock in the Inventory tab on the WooCommerce Product Page for that ticket, or update the total_sales meta box on that same page.  Does this help to replenish the stock in that case?

Let me know if you need any further clarification on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Urgent: Add event functionality #1415569

    Hi Shah,

    Happy New Year!

I apologize for the delayed response, as I was away for the holiday.  Anyway, as a first step, I would recommend changing the slugs on your medicalevents.com site.  You can do this by going to Events Settings < Community and changing your Community Rewrite Slug to community and Save Changes.

After that, you may want to flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes.

The URLs on the sites for your Submit an Event pages should look the same after doing this.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Mini Calendar shows all events for today #1411971

    Hi Michael,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Tim,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!  I’m unable to replicate this issue on my own test site, so as a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.

in reply to: How to disable google map service? #1411968

    Hi Martin,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

In order to disable Google Maps, you can go to Events Settings < General and scroll down to Map Settings.  You can uncheck the Enable Google Maps box and Save Changes from there.

As far as adding a static map goes, you can potentially edit the template where you want the map to appear, for example the single-event.php template, using our Themer’s Guide.

Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
