    Hello Team,

Is this plugin support filter bar for the below mentioned shortcode or not at all ?
    – [tribe_mini_calendar]
    – [tribe_events_list]

Actually at our development website, we have a lot of places where we are showing calendar for different categories and we want to filter the events with venue, tags. But even after setting everything on the site, the filter bar is not appearing at all.

Can you please reply quickly, as we stuck over this process? Any help is really thankful…

    Thanks
    Raj

    Hi Raj,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

By default, the Filter Bar appears on the main events page only.  You may be able to achieve this customization, though we are limited by our Support Policy on how much we can assist with customizations.

You could try to add some custom code like this in order to display the Filter Bar elsewhere:

    http://gregorypearcey.com/blog/add-tribe-events-search-bar-home-page/

You could also try to modify something like this for Filter Bar:

Please feel free to vote on this suggestion in our Feature Requests, as we take customer feedback into account when implementing new features:

    https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/17840326-make-filter-bar-compatible-with-shortcoded-calenda

In addition, here is our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which views and templates can be copied and edited:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. 🙂 We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Jaime,

Thanks for the response. We brought this plugin for using that portion only. We thought this plugin support filters over calendar using short-code but it seems to make it working, we need to customize the plugin or hire a developer to do that. We don’t want to go in that direction. Please let us know the process of the refund. We are not more interested in using this plugin.

    Thanks in advance !!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
