Hi Support,
Since I run my site in China, Google services are all blocked.
So the event page will not use Google map to show event venue.
How do I disable google map function? So I wont’s to display any google map on any page.
If I can do so, another question is if I can put on a static map picture to replace google map?
Thanks,

Thanks so much for reaching out!
In order to disable Google Maps, you can go to Events Settings < General and scroll down to Map Settings. You can uncheck the Enable Google Maps box and Save Changes from there.
As far as adding a static map goes, you can potentially edit the template where you want the map to appear, for example the single-event.php template, using our Themer’s Guide.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

After I unchecked the Enable Google Maps.
I still can see a request in event page, it call to https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=AIzaSyCOPhtnKQ4aC3K3fbVH7MnY6GV04X3WgVs&ver=4.9.1 .
You can use firefox to trace that behavior by yourself.
I hope we can fix that, it might be a bug. that request to google maps should not exist after I unchecked that option.
Thanks,
