KeymasterHi Valerio,
Thanks for your explanation. Can you check if your function works on a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?
I just want to ensure that there isn’t a theme conflict there.
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Shelia,
Unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
At this point, I’m not entirely sure why things are working on your calendar page, but not when you use a shortcode, which is why I suggested running through some conflict testing. This way, we can rule out or find if some kind of theme, template, or plugin conflict is causing the issue.
Please let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions throughout the process!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Courtney,
Thanks for going through some of those troubleshooting steps.
It may be that Event Aggregator isn’t grabbing that event because it isn’t on the same calendar as the other events. Can you provide me with the URL that you are importing so that I can do some testing on my end as well?
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Michael,
Okay, I see what you are referring to now. Thank you for the screenshot. I see that this category is imported with your events. Are you the only one with access to this calendar, or is it a public calendar?
I clicked on the event website, and that category is also included there. Was this intentional? Either way, that may be where the category is coming from.

In any event, you can delete that category or uncheck the category once the event has been imported.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Travis,
I am now wondering if the issue is related to your initial issue of site speed or a database issue on your site.
As a next step, can you try creating a fresh WordPress install and creating the same scenario to see if the issue occurs there? As I mentioned previously, I was unable to replicate this issue on my own site, and I have been able to see attendee forms show up on your site a few times, so I think this is a worthwhile next step.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Vanessa,
I am not seeing the “single class ticket” or something similar next to my ticket, however if things are working for you, don’t worry about!
Let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ilkka,
Yes, please try re-creating the same scenario with a bare WordPress install (default WordPress theme and only Events Calendar/Woocommerce plugins) and see if the information is able to be saved in the database.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Purcell,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
In the meantime, please have a look at our Performance Considerations and see if there is anything you can adjust in order to help your site run better:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/performance-considerations/
After that, you may be interested in caching, so take a look at this article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/caching-basics/
In addition, you can check out some of the solutions provided in this forum post:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/decreasing-loading-time-for-big-amount-of-events/
I would also recommend looking into some of the plugins in this blog post, as they may be able to help you pinpoint where site slowness may be occurring:

Let me know how it goes and if you need any further assistance on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Christopher,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
You can edit this template in any of the ways that you listed with some customizations. I’d recommend taking a look at the /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/widgets/list-widget.php file. You can search for the View More text there and copy and edit that section to your liking.
Our Themer’s Guide can walk you through this process so that your changes don’t get lost with future updates.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Christopher,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
There are actually quite a few ways around this:
- https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/209506/how-do-i-make-images-open-in-a-new-tab-by-default
- https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/230417/open-link-in-a-new-tab-checked-by-default-when-adding-a-new-link-in-visual-post
You can also try adding the following snippet to your theme’s functions.php file and see if that resolves your issue:

KeymasterHi Allen,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are having this problem on your site!
As a first troubleshooting step, can you try switching to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’ and seeing if the issue is still present?
Let me know how it goes!
