I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue on your site!
As I previously mentioned, unfortunately we cannot log in to your site per our Support Policy, but I will do my best to assist you here.
As a first troubleshooting step, can you try updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins and test if the issue still occurs?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mark,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
In order to have people register for events, you may be interested in Events Calendar PRO, so that you can display your events on your site. With Events Calendar PRO, you can set up recurring events and events with a variety of custom recurrence rules, which it sounds like will suit your needs.
As far as ticketing goes, I’d recommend starting off by giving our free Event Tickets plugin a try, as it has RSVP capabilities. Please note that Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus does not support recurring events at this time. There are some workarounds that we have in place for now to create a workable solution our customers.
Customers are able to view their events in their account page by default, but you can also customize things and set up Admin permissions in order to allow customers access to the backend Dashboard as well. You may be interested in learning more about Admin permissions here.
You can also check out our demo site here.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Bradley,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
It looks like the shortcode plugin that you are using is not related to our Events Calendar PRO. If you have purchased a license for Events Calendar PRO, we’d be happy to assist you with anything related to that plugin.
Let me know if there’s anything else that we can assist you with!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jason,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
1) How to change the text on our Events Submission form under the “VENUE DETAILS” area of the form. Instead of saying “Venue:” we would like to change this to read: “Address (Must be valid physical address):”.
You can try the following extension, which can change the label for “Venue”:
https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/change-labels-events-venues-organizers/
2) On our Events Submission form, under “Venue:” (where someone would normally type out an address), how can we make this field stop from displaying previously submitted addresses?
You can try the following extension, which can hide others’ organizers and venues. I know it’s not quite what you’re describing, but let me know if it works for you:
https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/hide-others-organizers-and-venues-in-community-events/
Let me know how it all goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Pablo,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
I’m not seeing any screenshots attached, so would you mind re-attaching?
In the meantime, can you update your Events Calendar plugins to the most recent versions and test if the issue still occurs?
If so, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Josep,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As far as your translation issues go, I would recommend starting off by taking a look at the following articles on translations, to see if they help to resolve that issue:
- Translating the Events Calendar
- How to Override Plugin Language Files
- Setting Up The Events Calendar with WPML
- Incomplete Translations
As far as your import issue goes, you should be able to import both of your calendars with the same category. Can you provide me with the URLs that you are having difficulty with, so that I can do some testing on my test site?
Let me know how it all goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Frank,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to set up a webinar platform as your venue. You can add the website in, which can direct users to the correct URL.
You can create purchase limits on tickets with Event Tickets Plus. In addition, our plugins are highly customizable so you may be able to achieve additional functionality with a few customizations.
Let me know if you need any further clarification!
Thanks,
Jaime

You can try bypassing the WordPress email system altogether and have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Andrei,
Thanks for reaching out again!
Can you make sure that all of your Events Calendar related plugins are up to date and test again to see if it works?
Also, make sure that you have entered the code towards the top of your theme’s functions.php file, after the opening <?php tag.
Can you also provide me with a link to the page where you are having this issue?
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Amanda,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry that the latest update has caused your event dates to show up incorrectly on a Google Search.
I’d recommend starting off by reading through the following threads, which have some helpful information on how to resolve that issue:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-do-i-get-my-event-listing-data-to-show-up-on-google-search/

KeymasterHi Brian,
Just to clarify, this is your issue: When a logged out user tries to purchase an RSVP, they are able to do so on the front end, however nothing shows up on the backend. Is this correct? Please let me know if I am missing something, as I’d like to try to replicate the situation on my own test site.
It is also worth noting that sometimes the RSVP email goes to a spam folder, so please check there as well.
Also, what do you have for Login Requirements under Events Settings < Tickets?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime
