KeymasterHi Albert,
With the testing that you did on your localhost, did you find anything that brought back the RSVP functionality on custom post types? If so, this information could lead us to a fix for your live site.
Does the RSVP functionality work for you if you enable the Post post type under Events Settings < Tickets?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Joanna,
Thanks for providing me with those links. We actually currently have a bug logged for Facebook recurring event imports, which is what these events are. Unfortunately, that is still actively being worked on but a lot of progress has been made and it should be released soon.
In the meantime, are you able to import single events from Facebook? The URLs that you provided me with link to all of the recurring events, which may be why you are seeing duplicates.
I’m going to add this thread to that bug ticket, so that you will be notified as soon as a fix has been released.
Please let me know if you have any other questions before that happens, and if there’s anything else that we can do to assist you.
Thank you for your patience in this process.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Courtney,
I do not see that event appearing on my site either. One thing to check is Import Date Range Limit under Events Settings < Imports. This setting will dictate how far in the future events will be fetched. If you have it set to something like One Month, then events further in the future than one month will not be added to your calendar.
If that doesn’t do it, I’d recommend trying to recreate that event within the calendar that you want. Is this an event that was created by your client or added by someone else?
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Shelia,
I see the following attendee list show up on the link you sent me:

Is this what you are referring to, or is there additional functionality that you are expecting/seeing elsewhere? Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Pablo,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
The current version of The Events Calendar is version 4.6.9. If you go to Plugins < Installed Plugins, do you have the option to update The Events Calendar there? If so, please update and test if the issue still occurs.
Otherwise, you can update manually via the following tutorial:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterI’m sorry that my previous suggestion wasn’t exactly what you were looking for. You can change the QR code using the snippet provided in the following forum post:

KeymasterHi Calum,
Unfortunately the only information that I have is the information that I relayed to Penny yesterday. If you have any additional issues, or would like us to look into your issue specifically, we’d be happy to do so if you open up a new thread.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Brian,
Thank you for your explanation.
Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
I have done some testing on my end and haven’t been able to replicate your issue so far. In the meantime, can you also update your Events Calendar related plugins to the most recent versions and test if the issue still occurs?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterGreat, let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Allen,
Unfortunately I am not seeing all of your system information here. Would you mind adding your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

KeymasterHi Penny,
I just checked for you, and it seems that this issue is still being worked on. I can assure you that it has not been forgotten and your thread is logged in the system so that you will be updated when a fix becomes available.
In the meantime, I’d recommend rolling back to the previous version where your CSV function was working properly. You can find all of your previous versions on your downloads page.
Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime. Thank you for your patience in the process.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
One thing you can do is to export and print out your Attendees so that you can check them in through an offline mode. The following article can walk you through the steps on how to do that:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Albert,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue on your site!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
