KeymasterHi Valerio,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
Our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start, which can show you how to copy and edit our templates, although it sounds like you have already begun your investigation there.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Antonio,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
Unfortunately we don’t have this feature available out of the box.
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

One idea would be to try a third-party plugin like WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discounts, as we have had other users who have had success with it.

KeymasterHi Mauro,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
At this time, Week View is only available with Events Calendar PRO. With your current setup, you have Month, Day, and List Views available to you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
It does look like that site has employed a number of customizations, like a custom search and a custom way of displaying our List View, however you can create a similar List View right out of the box.
You are welcome to try our free Events Calendar plugin and see what it can do without any customizations, and from there you can purchase Events Calendar PRO, which includes a number of additional features, including additional views and shortcodes.
Feel free to check out our demo site as well: https://wpshindig.com
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Bria,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue on your site!
As a first troubleshooting step, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Thomas,
If you visit My Account, you can click on “Print this Page” or save as .PDF. The company details should appear there. If not, please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing.
Let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Ezekial,
Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention! We have logged the issue and it should be resolved soon, however for now, can you try replacing:
function tribe_add_start_time_to_event_title ( $post_title, $post_id )with
function tribe_add_start_time_to_event_title ( $post_title=null, $post_id=null ).Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Jeannie,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with theme issues, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
As a first step, I’d recommend taking a look at your page temples and stylesheet settings and seeing if switching them up will help you to achieve the results that you are looking for:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/stylesheets-and-page-templates/
In addition, you can try reaching out to your theme developers and seeing if they have any suggestions for you.
I can also take a look if you provide me with the link where you are seeing the issue, though I cannot make any guarantees for a fix.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jaakko,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry that you have experienced this issue on your site!
One thing you can do is to alter the total_sales custom field on the WooCommerce Product page that is associated with the ticket that you are trying to edit. You can change that number to reflect the actual number of attendees that you have, which will then change what you see in your Attendees tab.
You can also alter the ticket stock on the Edit Event page, where you edit your ticket.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Vincent,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are seeing these errors on your site!
Is there a specific situation that triggers the errors to occur?
In addition, as a first troubleshooting step, please update youEvents Calendar related plugins and test if you see the same errors occur.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Ilkka,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Javier,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide to see how you can copy and edit the template file that you are referring to. If you provide a screenshot or URL to the page you are referring to, I can point you to the template files that you may want to look at.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

KeymasterHi Koretti,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
As an alternative route, you can try using the method provided in the following Knowledgebase article:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
You can also try using a third-party plugin like Say What?
Let me know how it goes!

KeymasterHi Joanna,
I just spoke with Barry and we’d love to do some further investigation into your issue. Can you provide us with some sample Facebook URLs that are creating duplicate events so that we can do some additional testing on our end?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
