KeymasterHi Vanessa,
If it’s working for you, it looks all good to me! For some reason, it isn’t having the desired results on my site, but if it is on yours, then the code shouldn’t lead to any kind of errors down the line.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Thirukumary,
The “Refine” column allows for you to search within your previewed imported events and refine the search by keyword or date before importing.
And yes, you do have the option to import events right into a particular category.
Let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Joanna,
Duplicate event issues should not occur with other sources, however I cannot make any guarantees, especially without some further testing for conflicts, etc.
As per your request, I will pass this on to Barry. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Travis,
Great, thanks for providing me with those screenshots. I have replicated the event as per your screenshots, and I am still unable to replicate the issue, as Attendee form information shows up on my end.
As I mentioned in my last reply, there is no information showing up on your test event (ie the date, time, price, location), although you have entered the information on the backend.
I am seeing a number of errors related to your theme in the console, which you can learn more about here. Have you tried this test event on a default WordPress theme, such as ‘Twentyseventeen’?
We have also recently released some new versions of our plugins. Can you update and test if your issue still occurs?
In addition, I am not seeing this in your system information, however what post types do you have tickets enabled for? You can find this setting under Events Settings < Tickets.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Dan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

I’m sorry that the week view isn’t working quite the way you want it to.
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
The following snippet may help to provide some more space on week view:

You can also vote on this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

KeymasterHi Ezekial,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you confirm that when you remove this customization, you are able to view attendees again, and you do not have any issues?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
This definitely does not sound like expected behavior. Would you mind taking a screenshot of where you are seeing the -1 appear on your site?
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you check your Facebook token under Events Settings < APIs?
In addition, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Camila,

Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can take you through how to copy and edit the single-event.php template, in order to achieve the results you are looking for.

KeymasterHi Dorothy,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue! It seems that this issue is actually related to the Google Calendar, and doesn’t have to do with something on our end.
I’d recommend trying to delete that event on Google Calendar, recreating it there, then trying to import it and see if everything works properly.
You may also be able to just change the calendar that the event is under, which may resolve the issue as well.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Maurilio,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately this is a known issue that we are currently working on.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.
I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Cary,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
The keyword search covers the title and description fields for Events posts. You could include Category and Venue matches in your results, though it would take some complex custom development that is outside what we can support here in the forums. There is a tutorial on customizing the Tribe Bar, which you might find interesting–particularly the section on adding a filter.
Another idea is to check out our Filter Bar add-on. It covers all the filtering it sounds like you’re looking for, from categories and venues to organizers, time of day, keywords and a slew of other possible (and configurable) variables.
Lastly, we maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
One thing you can try to do is to customize the Tribe Events Bar. The following tutorial can provide you with some more information on that:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/understanding-the-tribe-events-bar/
Alternatively, you can purchase your Filter Bar plugin, which has a built-in category filter.
Lastly, if you are interested, we maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins here:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
