KeymasterHi Pascal,
Thanks for reaching out again!
You can try the solutions I provided in your other thread for these strings as well.
Since this is a duplicate thread, I am going to close this thread.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Pascal,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
In order to change this string, I’d recommend altering the snippet provided in the following article:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
You can also try using a third-party plugin, like Say What?, to alter this string as well.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Zach,
Can you provide me with the exact shortcode that you are using, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,

Yes you can! We have a great refund policy with a full refund within 30 days of purchase if our plugins don’t meet your needs.
Let me know if you have any other questions before buying!

KeymasterHi Michael,
I understand your predicament, as well as your frustration with the issue. When importing from a public calendar, you will get what comes with the public calendar, and unfortunately there’s nothing that we can do to help there.
You do have a few options:
- You can create a new private calendar with the events you want to import and import from there.
- You can set a default category for your events when they are imported so that everything is in one place.
- You can set your imports to Draft and review them, remove the unwanted categories, and then publish them.
- You can import this calendar to CSV first, and then have more control over the fields that are imported (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/)
I hope these suggestions help, let me know your thoughts!
Thanks,
Jaime

We are currently experiencing a high volume of threads and will get back to you shortly with a more substantial response if necessary.
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

You can also try a third-party plugin, like User Switching, to switch to the user view yourself and edit their information as necessary.

In the meantime, do you see the same results if you switch to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Unfortunately that feature is not available out of the box with our plugins. You can save additional fields for your tickets, which can be applied to all of your tickets. You can find your Additional Fields by going to Events Settings < Additional Fields.
You can also save your ticket fieldsets under Attendee Information on your tickets on your Edit Event page.
