KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
You can start off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can walk you through how to copy and edit our templates to suit your needs. You’ll want to look at the /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/single-event.php template.
Once you’ve got the template set up, you can create a custom sidebar by following these instructions, and then add it to the template by using get_sidebar. Once this has been done, you should see your custom sidebar appear in the widget area, where you can drag and drop widgets into it like any other sidebar.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Julie,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
By default, Day View is set up to only show one day at a time. You may be interested in seeing if other views, such as List View or Week View would be better suited to your needs.
Alternatively, you can try to customize the Day View template yourself, using our Themer’s Guide as a jumping off point.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Charlie,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Can you also check that the Events Calendar PRO is connected to your current license key? See My Account » Licenses to find your current key.
You may want to also just manually re-enter the license key, even if it is correct, and ‘Save Changes’.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kerry,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind providing me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end as well?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

KeymasterHi Mike,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Users should be able to subscribe to the entire year of the calendar using the snippet from the thread you referenced, in addition to showing a calendar view of just a specific category. You can learn more about how to do that here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-categories/

KeymasterHi Belinda,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately we can’t really help out with a third-party plugin conflict, as per our Support Policy. I’d recommend that you try to find a suitable replacement that has the same functionality that you are looking for.
Alternatively you can try to reach out to WordFence and see if they have any suggestions for how to resolve this issue.
In addition, other users have had conflict between these two plugins, and one user reported that when they updated their PHP version to 5.6, the issue was resolved. I, of course, cannot make any guarantees here, but it may be worth looking into.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kevin,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
When you import from another URL, you will see a preview of all of your events to be imported. You can select the checkbox on the left-hand side, and select only the events that you’d like to import.

Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kathy,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind linking me to the documentation that you are referring to? I don’t see any licenses attached to your account. Normally you would go to Events Settings < Licenses and enter your Events Calendar PRO license key there.
In the meantime, you can download The Events Calendar for free and begin using that immediately without any additional license key.
Are you looking to export your calendar to Google Calendar, or import from your Google Calendar? Let me know and I’d be happy to assist you once your license key is all set up.
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Shellie,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately we don’t have a way to do this out of the box. It would require some customizations on your end, and that is beyond the scope of support that we can provide, as per our Support Policy.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

KeymasterHi Levi,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Can you also take a screenshot of how your scheduled imports are set up so that I can try to replicate things on my end?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

January 23, 2018 at 9:39 am in reply to: Event Calendar Times Displaying Incorrectly in Google Search Results #1433732Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Angela,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Once you’ve made the timezone changes on your site so everything displays correctly on your site, I’d recommend you start off by asking Google to recrawl your site. In other words, you can ask Google to essentially rescan your site, which should hopefully cause the times to change in a Google Search.
You can follow this article from Google about how to do that:

Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
