As soon as I downloaded, I get the message that says my key is inactive. I see the new License code on my customer page. Please help

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Can you also check that the Events Calendar PRO is connected to your current license key? See My Account » Licenses to find your current key.
You may want to also just manually re-enter the license key, even if it is correct, and ‘Save Changes’.
