    Hi Daniel,

Thanks for providing me with that information.

    Please try the following:

    • Please clear your cache and disable your caching plugin (if you have one)
    • Go to Settings > Permalinks and re-save the permalink settings
    • clear your browser cache (here‘s how to do that)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Heid,

Thanks for the update.  Are you saying that things work on your test site, but not on your live site?

I’d recommend running through our complete testing for conflicts procedure to see if that sheds light on where the issue may be, if you haven’t done so already.

Please make sure that you are running on the most updated versions of our plugins before doing so.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Great, let me know how it goes!

    Hi John,

Okay, I see the issue that you are referring to.  Have you been able to go through our testing for conflicts procedure, as detailed in my previous response?

Let me know what you find!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Output list of all aggregator scheduled imports #1444048

Thanks for your detailed explanation.  Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to do that, as these are stored in the database as posts, rather than as individual scheduled imports.  I wish I had a solution to this issue, but the only thing I can tell you is that you can search for duplicates after the imports, and bulk delete them if necessary.

You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

in reply to: Event attendee list fields #1442943

    Hi George,

I can assure you that the bug report has been submitted and is actively being worked on.  It is also marked as the highest priority bug.  Most of our team is still away on our Team Trip but they will resume progress next week.

In the meantime, the workaround is to roll back to ET / ET+ 4.6.  You can find older versions of our plugins on your Downloads page.

Thank you for you patience and understanding in this process.  Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: Having problems with Google Calendar imports #1442939

    Hi Steve,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first troubleshooting step, can you update your Events Calendar plugin and test again?

In addition, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?

Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?

Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

The following article contains a snippet that I think will allow you to achieve exactly the results that you are looking for:

in reply to: Change the Background Color in Calendar View #1442927

    Hi Elena,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

You can change the Month View calendar color by going to your WordPress Customizer and navigating to The Events Calendar tab.

    Hi Barry,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

When managing orders/attendees there are a number of considerations to take into account, one of them being manually increasing ticket stock, if desired, to ensure that the proper number of tickets still are available.

You can read more about managing orders and tickets here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-cancel-tickets-order/

One thing you can do is to alter the total_sales custom field on the WooCommerce Product page that is associated with the ticket that you are trying to edit.  You can change that number to reflect the actual number of attendees that you have, which will then change what you see in your Attendees tab.

You can also alter the ticket stock on the Edit Event page, where you edit your ticket.

Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Carsten,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

in reply to: "-1" Showing when updating an event #1442913

    Hi Matt,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Our current best practices are to have all plugins up-to-date.  Matching the versions of plugins is not necessary or recommended anymore.

In any case, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.

in reply to: How to event duration #1442908

    Hi Reza,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.

I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide.  Since this issue is with Map View, you will want to copy and edit that template and remove the event end date in order to get things to display the way you want:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Chris,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

To answer your most recent question, unfortunately we do not have the feature to remove events that have been removed from Google Calendar.

You can add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

    https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas

If you’d like to continue troubleshooting, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?

Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?

If this feature is a deal-breaker for you, you can fill out a refund form here.

Let me know what you decide and if there are any additional questions that I can answer for you!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
