Automatically copy attendee information from woocommerce billing details

I am using Event Tickets Plus and WooCommerce. I would like Event Tickets Plus to capture name, mobile number and email ID of every attendee. I can do this within the plugin itself. But, if I do, each customer has to enter these details at the event tickets page and once again at the woocommerce checkout page. A number of people get confused and end up not booking tickets at all, thinking that they may have to pay twice if they enter their information twice.

Is there a way to automatically copy or import attendee information to the ticket details in Event TIckets Plus from WooCommerce billing details? Then, they would need to enter these details only once – on the checkout page – and their information will automatically be updated in their tickets.

I understand that this would mean, if somebody buys more than one ticket, all of their tickets would have the same attendee information. We are okay with this, because we can manually update information during the actual event more easily than track down people who get confused on our website.

Unfortunately out of the box, there isn’t really an easy way to achieve something like this.  It would require some customizations on your part, and support for customizations is limited as stated in our support policy.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
