    Michelle,

Thank you for the response. Sorry I didn’t think of this before, but if you visit Events > Settings > Display and scroll to the ‘Hide weekends on Week View‘ option (see screenshot below), uncheck it and the weekend days should now display in the Filterbar.

Let me know if it works. Cheers!

Hello and sorry for the delayed response,

Thank you for sending over the pastebin snippet link. Apparently it did come through the first time, it just didn’t show on the “back end” of the website where I post my responses. I spent some time reviewing logged bugs to see if I could locate anything, but came up empty-handed.

So I have this clear, the problem is essentially this:

    1. Create new event on Eventbrite that has an Organizer and relative Organizer info (description, website).
    2. Import Eventbrite event into WordPress website.
    3. Make changes to imported event on WordPress and save changes.
    4. Organizer info changes on Evenbrite.

Please let me know if this is correct, and if not, provide the best step-by-step instructions and I’ll confirm the behavior and document my findings in my bug report.

Thank you again so much for your patience and have a great afternoon. Cheers!

    Hey Neil,

Welcome back and thank you for the update. I’ve spent way too much time with W3 Total Cache and WP Super Cache, so I recommend WP Rocket!

We ask users to set up the test domain with only the default WP theme and our plugins installed/activated so we can confirm it is in fact a bug. My instinct and experience leads me to suspect you’re experiencing a theme and/or plugin conflict of some sort. At this time, I’m unable to reproduce the issue you’ve described and I’m not seeing any logged bug reports resembling what you’ve described, so I really don’t have much information to go on to provide assistance.

Have you tried setting ‘wp_debug’ to ‘TRUE’ on your wp-config.php file, then going through the process of purchasing a ticket to see if any errors display at the top of your site?

Keep me posted on the status of your issue and if we indeed confirm it is not a bug, I recommend reviewing our list of customizers as someone there can assist.

    Thanks again. Cheers!

    Blair,

We don’t have any kind of price/feature comparison tool at this time, though it’s definitely an idea I’ll bring up to the other support team members. WooCommerce Tickets is no longer available – so, the best way I can think to compare features would be to bring up each product page in a separate browser tab/window.

Let me know how it works out for you šŸ™‚

    Hey Stephanie,

My sincerest apologies it took longer than usual for us to answer! I remember typing up a response, but it must not have gone through :-/

Before I test the issue myself, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? Can you also include your System Information as a private reply?

Thank you for your patience and have a wonderful evening. Cheers!

    Hey Blair,

Thank you for reaching out šŸ™‚

Within the last year, we began the process of retiring WooCommerce Tickets and the rollout of Event Tickets Plus. If you still want/need the ticketing functionality, you would need to purchase Event Tickets Plus. Should you decide not to renew https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/, your website won’t lose any existing events, though you will lose functionality as the PRO version offers features not included with the free version.

I’ve linked to each product page above, so please feel free to review them and if you still have questions, please reply back and I’ll do my best to answer them. Have a great Tuesday and thanks again. Cheers!

    Hey Neil,

Welcome and sorry to hear about the troubles. Can you please send over your System Information as a private reply? Also, is there any way you can set up a test WP domain using only our plugins and the default theme to see if you can replicate the issue?

Please let me know if that’s possible and if so, what the results are. I did a check of our logged bug reports, but am not able to locate anything resembling the issues you’ve described at this time. I look forward to your response and have a great Tuesday. Cheers!

    Hello,

Sorry we couldn’t be of more help here and I’m glad to you got things working for the time being. If I might recommend setting up a test environment so you’re able to do the Testing for conflicts guide so we can provide more assistance in these instances.

Again, I’m happy to hear things are worked out and please don’t hesitate to open a new thread if you have any more questions or concerns. Cheers!

    Hi and welcome back,

I am truly sorry if I came off as dismissing your post; you made things perfectly clear. If you read between me asking you for results from the Testing for conflicts guide on a test environment, you’ll see I asked what your process was for importing site A to site B, especially with ‘WP_DEBUG’ set to ‘true’ on your wp-config file. We have a logged that might be related, but I’ll need more info to make a more informed decision.

We also typically ask the customer to repeat their process on a test environment before doing so on our end as you (the customer) can replicate your exact steps, giving another opportunity to identify the conflict. More often than not, by making this request leads to a more positive outcome for the customer.

Again, I apologize if it seemed I rushed to the Testing for conflicts guide… though I assure you it’s a necessary step in the process as we’re unable to provide support for theme/plugin conflicts (see What support is provided for license holders?)

Please understand I am more than willing to work with you on the issues, but the Testing for conflicts guide will always be a requirement when investigating the possibility of a bug.

Have a great Tuesday and I look forward to your response. Take care šŸ™‚

    Hello,

I wish I could give you a concrete date on when Events Aggregator will be released, but these things are an ebb and flow, thus impossible to give a concrete deadline. In response to your second question: there is no real way to tell whether an event is using an iCal feed. The only way to know whether events are attached to an iCal feed is to have a link to the desired .ics files/feeds.

I hope this helps and have a great Tuesday. Cheers!

    Hey Jordan,

Thank you for the response and I hope you had an epic weekend!

So I began looking at: https://avada.theme-fusion.com/church/events/month/ where it clearly shows the plugin is supported with the theme I’m using Avada.

While we are always looking for opportunities to be cohesive with the most popular WordPress themes, we don’t support the integration with the Avada theme. I attempted to recreate the behavior both on http://wpshindig.com (our demo site) and my local test environment but was unable to do so. I also did a check of our logged bug reports to see if anything resembling what you’ve described has been documented, but did not find anything. If I might ask, what browser are you using? I tested with the Chrome browser and was unable reproduce the 404 error you’ve described.

I truly apologize we can’t be of more assistance here (see What support is provided for license holders?) and if it gets beyond your level of expertise, I recommend reviewing our list of customizers. Best of luck and have a great Tuesday. Cheers!

    Ben,

Are you able to set up a test site to see if you can duplicate the issue? We don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar behaviors, so this leads me to believe there was an issue with your transfer from server A to server B, which we’re unable to support. (See What support is provided for license holders?)

Can you please confirm the URL structure of the link you provided is correct? Most website URLs don’t contain the characters seen in the URL you shared: http://www.scandinaviansoc.org/event/fam%e2%80%8eily-fall-fun/

Have you flushed your permalinks once the site transfer completed by visiting WordPress Settings > Permalinks and hit the ‘Save Changes‘ button?

We have a list of customizers that can help address the conflict if it gets beyond your level of expertise.

I apologize I can’t be of much more assistance here and best of luck. Cheers!
