    Can you clarify what products I should be renewing;
    My original purchase was;
    Events Calendar Pro & WooCommerce Tickets for one site.

    When I go to my License Keys it shows that I can renew;
    Events Calendar Pro

    For WooCommerce Tickets it says I need Event Tickets Plus

    When I go to the Event Tickets Plus product page it says ‘for even more robust functionality, add Events Calendar Pro’.

    If I only renew Event Tickets Plus (for WooCommerce) do I lose some existing functionality from Pro? Will it migrate my existing events?

    So what plugins and renewals do I need?

    Thank you for reaching out 🙂

    Within the last year, we began the process of retiring WooCommerce Tickets and the rollout of Event Tickets Plus. If you still want/need the ticketing functionality, you would need to purchase Event Tickets Plus. Should you decide not to renew https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/, your website won’t lose any existing events, though you will lose functionality as the PRO version offers features not included with the free version.

    Hunter, Is there some place that compares the functionality of Events Calendar Pro & WooCommerce Tickets vs Event Tickets Plus.

    Blair,

    We don’t have any kind of price/feature comparison tool at this time, though it’s definitely an idea I’ll bring up to the other support team members. WooCommerce Tickets is no longer available – so, the best way I can think to compare features would be to bring up each product page in a separate browser tab/window.
