ParticipantWhen I do a search, click on an event, then click the browser “back” button, I get a 404. To replicate what I’m talking about, do the following:
1) Go to: http://officentric.com/events/
2) Search for “Carlsbad” in the Location box.
3) Click on Fully Loaded Juice event.
4) Once on the event page, click your browser “back” button.
5) You will land on the 404 page and not back on the calendar. If you could help me out with this issue it would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

ModeratorHey Jordan!
Look who it is 🙂
Please review our Setting Up Your Google Maps API Key article, then try and test the issue as outlined in the Testing for conflicts guide and report back if the issue still occurs.
As always, we are unable to provide support for theme conflicts as outlined in our ‘What support is provided for license holders?‘ agreement.
Have a great weekend. Cheers!

ParticipantThe Google Maps API key has been added.
I followed your Testing for Conflicts guide already and I’m still getting the same issue.
This is the 404 page URL I’m getting when pressing the back button:

ModeratorHey Jordan,
I attempted to reproduce the issue by following the steps you provided but was unable to do so. Can you please confirm whether or not the issue occurs after reviewing the Testing for conflicts guide? Reason I ask is because we don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting any similar behaviors, so this leads me to believe there is likely a theme and/or plugin conflict in play.
Please let me know and have a great Monday. Cheers 🙂

ParticipantSo I began looking at: https://avada.theme-fusion.com/church/events/month/ where it clearly shows the plugin is supported with the theme I’m using Avada.
And when I do the procedure I just mentioned above, I get this URL in the Avada demo:
The URL I get when clicking the “back” button on my website:
http://officentric.com/events/month/2016-10/?tribe-bar-geoloc-lat=33.1580933&tribe-bar-geoloc-lng=-117.35059390000004&tribe-bar-geoloc=Carlsbad
You will notice mine is adding in /month/ which I think is why I’m getting a 404.
Any idea why the URL is adding /month/ into it?
Thanks.

ModeratorHey Jordan,
Thank you for the response and I hope you had an epic weekend!
So I began looking at: https://avada.theme-fusion.com/church/events/month/ where it clearly shows the plugin is supported with the theme I’m using Avada.
While we are always looking for opportunities to be cohesive with the most popular WordPress themes, we don’t support the integration with the Avada theme. I attempted to recreate the behavior both on http://wpshindig.com (our demo site) and my local test environment but was unable to do so. I also did a check of our logged bug reports to see if anything resembling what you’ve described has been documented, but did not find anything. If I might ask, what browser are you using? I tested with the Chrome browser and was unable reproduce the 404 error you’ve described.
I truly apologize we can’t be of more assistance here (see What support is provided for license holders?) and if it gets beyond your level of expertise, I recommend reviewing our list of customizers. Best of luck and have a great Tuesday. Cheers!
