I’m losing hope to get a working system, despite investing $500 on these plugins, plus many hours building a site based around them.

I’ve disabled all plugins and switched to the basic theme … still I’m getting issues.

My problem “was” the blank cart page when no tickets were selected. The “solution” to hard code it to 1 instead of 0 is flawed when there’s more than 1 ticket, but while trying to find a solution for that my new problem is getting “Login to purchase” below every ticket, and not seeing the Add To Cart anymore.

I’ve disabled W3 Total cache as that was slowing the site down to a ridiculous level, but still no joy.

Before disabling it I added cart, checkout etc … to my list of don’t cache pages but nothing.

I forgot this thread, thought it would help me but it’s been closed with no solution.

    unable to purchase tickets

Here’s an example of the event I can’t purchase tickets for, the others do the same. http://www.kink.com.au/event/cfnm-afternoon-tea-party/

All other Modern Tribe plugins are at the current release as is WordPress.

    Hey Neil,

Welcome and sorry to hear about the troubles. Can you please send over your System Information as a private reply? Also, is there any way you can set up a test WP domain using only our plugins and the default theme to see if you can replicate the issue?

Please let me know if that’s possible and if so, what the results are. I did a check of our logged bug reports, but am not able to locate anything resembling the issues you’ve described at this time. I look forward to your response and have a great Tuesday. Cheers!

    Thanks Hunter, sent as requested.

No, i’m not able to set it up on a test WP install – i don’t need a fresh install working, i need the live site to work. I understand your reasoning for asking it, but it’s not viable for me to spend the time doing it, just to confirm (more than likely) that it all works fine.

I still need a suitable resolution to the 0 items in cart issue – any suggestions on that?

I’ve been able to clear the “Login to purchase” issue by not only disabling the W3 Total Cache plugin but also by deleting it. Tested on several computers and all working better now.

    Hey Neil,

Welcome back and thank you for the update. I’ve spent way too much time with W3 Total Cache and WP Super Cache, so I recommend WP Rocket!

We ask users to set up the test domain with only the default WP theme and our plugins installed/activated so we can confirm it is in fact a bug. My instinct and experience leads me to suspect you’re experiencing a theme and/or plugin conflict of some sort. At this time, I’m unable to reproduce the issue you’ve described and I’m not seeing any logged bug reports resembling what you’ve described, so I really don’t have much information to go on to provide assistance.

Have you tried setting ‘wp_debug’ to ‘TRUE’ on your wp-config.php file, then going through the process of purchasing a ticket to see if any errors display at the top of your site?

Keep me posted on the status of your issue and if we indeed confirm it is not a bug, I recommend reviewing our list of customizers as someone there can assist.

    Thanks again. Cheers!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
