ModeratorWelcome back 🙂
There isn’t a built-in setting allow you to display the featured image for the Calendar view, though it could be done with a bit of customization using the instructions outlined in our Themer’s Guide.
While we’re limited on the depth of support we can provide for customizations, we’re always here to help where we can! Let me know if you have any more questions and take care.

ModeratorHey James,
Welcome back! My apologies if my answers in the past haven’t lived up to your expectations. Hopefully our Change the wording of any bit of text or string article can help resolve your issue.
As much as I’d love to provide custom code in every instance, we are limited on what we’re able to provide (see What support is provided for license holders?) Additionally, team members have different strengths and we do the best to match up said strengths with relative support inquiries, but we have a process and guidelines that help keep us on track.
I’ll close this thread out but please feel free to open a new thread if you have any more questions. Cheers 🙂

ModeratorHey Jeannie,
Thank you for purchasing a license for Events Aggregator! What you’ll need to do is visit wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/ and download the latest version there (currently 4.3.0.1) and install/activate it on your WordPress website. Once that’s done, visit Events > Settings > Licenses and input the license key for Events Aggregator in the appropriate field. Make sure and hit the ‘Save Changes‘ button at the bottom of the page to ensure the license key is saved.
Please let me know if you have any more questions and if you haven’t already, I encourage you to read the New User Primer as it’s filled with tons of helpful knowledge.
Take care and thanks again for choosing Events Aggregator. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Matt,
Sorry to hear about the troubles! If you have FTP access, visit your wp-content/plugins folder and rename the events-calendar-pro folder to events-calendar-pro-temp or whatever you’d like. This will deactivate the plugin. If that doesn’t work, you might want to access your database via PHPMyAdmin and look for active_plugins under the option_name column in your wp_options table. Delete the entire contents of the option_value for active_plugins and that should deactivate all of your plugins.
From there, I’d set up a test environment to see if you can replicate the issue. We also ask you install/activate the default WP theme and only our plugins as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide. Please let me know what the results are. It would also be helpful if you could include your System Information as a private reply.
Sorry again you’re experiencing these issues and I look forward to resolving them quickly. Cheers!

ModeratorMarcus,
Thank you for reaching out and our apologies for the issues you’re experiencing. I reviewed your account and order details and see a renewal for Events Calendar PRO – Business edition purchased on April 6th, 2016. I’ve since updated your license to expire on April 6th, 2017.
Please let me know if you have any more questions and sorry again about the license key issue you’ve been dealing with. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
My sincerest apologies for the delayed response! I typed up a response but apparently it didn’t post correctly. Our Function: tribe_events_event_schedule_details resource explains the process of overwriting the output of date/time format.
I hope this helps and again, my apologies for making you wait on an answer. Have a great evening and thanks for choosing PRO. Cheers!

ModeratorHi and welcome 🙂
Thank you for posting to our Pre-Sales Channel! I’d be happy to help answer your question. You do not need Events Calendar PRO for the Eventbrite Tickets plugin to work properly. Simply using the free version alongside Eventbrite Tickets will do just fine!
I hope this addresses your question and please reply back if you need additional assistance. Take care and enjoy the evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for reaching out via our Pre-Sales Channel!
You do not need to purchase Events Calendar PRO in order for Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus to work properly. Please let me know if this helps answer your question and have a great rest of your week. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Mohamed,
Welcome! Try the following structure and let me know how it works for you: [your-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/meta/select.php. I just tested a template override using that structure and changes reflected as desired. Keep me posted and have a great afternoon. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Lee,
Welcome back. Unfortunately, Google Calendars don’t have a featured image field we’re able to draw from like event title, date, venue, etc. Until that feature is incorporated into Google Calendars, we are limited on what we’re able to do.
Are you able to send over a link to the Google Calendar? If so, I’d be happy to try and reproduce the issues on my test environment. Thanks for your patience while we work through the troubleshooting process and have a great evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for reaching out! At this time, Event Tickets and Event Tickets plus are still incompatible with recurring events, but rest assured it is in the works! I snapped a screenshot from Things to Be Aware of in Version 4.3 of The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, and Premium Add-ons, which I’ve shared below.

Please let me know if I’ve clarified any confusion on the matter and feel free to respond with any more questions you might have. Have a great rest of the day and thanks again. Cheers!

ModeratorHi and welcome 🙂
What you described doesn’t too difficult at all! As you stated, the PRO Additional Fields functionality would allow you to create a field for links to an external ticket service.
Our Themer’s Guide is an excellent resource which explains the best methods for creating and saving customizations, such as adding buttons. If you ever get hung up, our support team is here to help as much as possible. (Please see What support is provided for license holders?
I hope this helps answer your questions and please feel free to respond back with additional questions or concerns you might have. Take care and enjoy the rest of your day. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Charles,
Sorry to hear about the import issues. Can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? Please make sure you also temporarily deactivate The Events Calendar, then reactivate it with the default WP theme and only our plugins active.
Once we rule out a theme and plugin conflict, we’ll have a better idea on how to solve the problem. Thank you and have a great evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHi and welcome back 🙂
Sounds strange indeed! Before I attempt to recreate the issue, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? Once I have that info, I’ll be able to proceed. Please include your System Information as a private reply.
Thank you and take care. Cheers!

ModeratorHello and welcome 🙂
Thank you for choosing PRO! You could use your ‘Inspect’ tool (watch this YouTube Video for more info) to adjust the width of the box. If you need any help, send a link to the page displaying your widget and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Thanks again and have a great remainder of your day. Cheers!
