Sorry to hear about the troubles! If you have FTP access, visit your wp-content/plugins folder and rename the events-calendar-pro folder to events-calendar-pro-temp or whatever you’d like. This will deactivate the plugin. If that doesn’t work, you might want to access your database via PHPMyAdmin and look for active_plugins under the option_name column in your wp_options table. Delete the entire contents of the option_value for active_plugins and that should deactivate all of your plugins.
From there, I’d set up a test environment to see if you can replicate the issue. We also ask you install/activate the default WP theme and only our plugins as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide. Please let me know what the results are. It would also be helpful if you could include your System Information as a private reply.
