    This regards the account owned by Marcus Duke, [email protected].

    This is not a sales question but your site currently is preventing me from renewing my license, a license that I show as having been renewed on April 6, 2016. When I go to my downloads page, there’s supposed to be a button that I click that will enable me to pay for the license renewal, but it just reloads the same downloads page (this is a similar issue to that posted by Neil on 10/14, but my license shouldn’t be expired). This is very frustrating. I tried to post to the Support forum, but because my license is supposedly expired, it says I’m not allowed to post. ?!?

    I emptied browser cache and also logged in using a different browser…no change.

    Please forward this to the appropriate support people. I attach a screenshot of my License page—note the “Renew Your License Now” link merely reloads the same page.

    Thank you for reaching out and our apologies for the issues you’re experiencing. I reviewed your account and order details and see a renewal for Events Calendar PRO – Business edition purchased on April 6th, 2016. I’ve since updated your license to expire on April 6th, 2017.

    Please let me know if you have any more questions and sorry again about the license key issue you’ve been dealing with. Cheers!
