    Dee,

    Thank you for the response. It looks like you’re actually experiencing a fatal error impacting all WordPress users using a version of PHP older than 5.6. You can learn more about the WordPress requirements here. It is strongly recommended that you update the version of PHP for all sites running WordPress.

    A temporary workaround would be to edit line 97 of /events-calendar-pro/src/functions/template-tags/venue.php from:

    return ! empty( tribe_get_events( $args ) );

    to:

    $tribe_events = tribe_get_events( $args );
    return ! empty( $tribe_events );

    I hope this answer helps and please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks again and take care.

    Gilbert,

    According to your system information, it appears you are running outdated versions of The Events Calendar, PRO, Advanced Post Manager, and Community Events. I recommend updating to the latest versions possible to see if that might be the reason you’ve having issues.

    i tried to switch to 2014 Theme, but the problem persits

    I understand you not wanting to run the gauntlet of reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours, but we cannot know whether there is a bug or not until you’ve done so. We are also unable to provide for 3rd-party conflicts, so unfortunately you will need to run through the entire Testing for conflicts guide in order to receive support.

    Once we have the answers from that, I can investigate the matter. We don’t have any logged bugs resembling what you’ve described, so please let me know what you find out and I would be more than happy to help.

    Thank you and I look forward to getting your issues resolved. Take care 🙂

    Ken,

    Welcome back. If you install and activate WP Crontrol, you should be able to delete the cron that is creating the events. Give it a shot and let me know how things work out. We are currently working on an easier way to avoid these issues in the future. I imagine you’ve already tried deleting the schedule import under Events > Import > Scheduled Imports, but if not, be sure to try that out.

    Thanks for your patience and please keep me updated on the status of your issue. Cheers!

    Hey Michael,

    Thank you for reaching out. After some testing and digging, I found the behavior you’re describing was done by design, so it is not a bug. I found a plugin you can install that will change how the per-ticket fee behaves. I tested it on my local environment and the Fee Percentage and Flat Fee was applied to every ticket in the cart rather than once for the entire purchase.

    Try it out and let me know how it works for you. Thanks again and take care. Cheers!

    Hello,

    Thank you for your purchase and welcome to our Premium support forums! Sorry to hear things aren’t off to a good start. Before we proceed, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? This will help identify whether it is a theme or plugin conflict.

    We are fairly limited on the amount of support we can provide in these instances (see What support is provided for license holders?), but once we know where the conflict is coming from, I might be able to help solve the problem.

    Thanks again and have a great Thursday. Cheers!

    Hey James,

    Welcome to our Premium support forums and thank you for your purchase! Our CSV file examples for importing Knowledgebase article lists the fields available when using the CSV import tool.

    If you need to import fields not available in the CSV import tool, check out the Really Simple CSV Importer plugin available in the WP repo. Let me know if this helps and have a great Thursday. Cheers!

    Hello, Chris 🙂

    Thank you for posting. You should be able to navigate to Events > Import and follow the steps to import events from Facebook. Our New User Primer: Events Aggregator Knowledgebase article is helpful in these instances. Please let me know if this helps and if you still have questions, please be as detailed as possible.

    It would also be helpful if you could send over your System Information as a private reply. Have a great night. Cheers!

    Hi and welcome back,

    Sorry to hear about the issues and thank you for being thorough with your initial. Before I attempt to recreate the behavior myself, I’ll need you to please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings.

    Bradley,

    Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the Premium support forums. At this time, the [tribe_events] shortcode does not support venues or tags. We wrote an article on Embedding Calendar Views with the [tribe_events] Shortcode, so read through that if you haven’t already.

    Our UserVoice Feature Ideas is a great venue to submit ideas you want seen in upcoming feature releases. One last idea is to check out The Events Calendar Shortcode plugin for more options. Please note, it is not developed or maintained by Modern Tribe.

    I hope this answer helps clear up any confusion and please let me know if you have any more questions. Cheers!

    Hey Chris,

    Thank you for picking up a license for PRO and welcome to the support forums. What you’ll need to do is review our Themer’s Guide to familiarize yourself on how to create and save custom templates.

    The ‘Events Calendar’ text is most likely a customization created by your theme author, so look for a folder inside your theme folder titled tribe-events (more info can be found in the Themer’s Guide). I usually search the entire folder for the string of text you want to replace and once located, make your desired changes.

    Let me know if this answer helps and and have a great evening. Cheers!

    Hey David,

    Thank you for reaching out and including the screenshots. They’re always helpful 🙂

    Do you have a Google Webmaster account? If so, are you able to do any troubleshooting on that side of things? I’m not seeing any logged bug reports resembling the issue you’re having, so you might try adding/updating your sitemap through your Webmaster account.

    Let me know if that’s a possibility and if so, what the results are. Thanks again and have a good night. Cheers!

    Hey Kit,

    Welcome to our PRO support forums 🙂

    As far as I know, the features should be functional in Canada. We had a team meeting yesterday and there wasn’t a mention of it. It sounds like it would be a pretty big problem for a lot of our users, so I would rule out your geographical location to any issues you are experiencing.

    I noticed you checked ‘Yes’ to reverting back to the default WP theme, but can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? You’ll need to temporarily revert back to the default WP theme and deactivate all plugins other than ours.

    The Filter Bar plugin shouldn’t have any effect, positive or negative on the issues you’re currently experiencing as I suspect you have a theme and/or plugin conflict causing the conflict.

    Keep me posted with what you find out and we’ll continue investigating. Thank you for reaching out and I look forward to resolving the issue with you. Cheers!

    Hello again, John!

    I was not able to reproduce the issue on my test installation. As always, we ask you review our Testing for conflicts guide and respond back with what you find out. Once I have that info, we’ll be able to proceed.

    We appreciate your understanding and I look forward to your response. Cheers 🙂
