MemberGood evening Garnet and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I believe you can fix this by tweaking the Create recurring events in advance for setting under Events -> Settings -> General.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the calendar not working properly on you site. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would try is to install and use the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/
Secondly, there seems to be an internal server error on your calendar page.
Please go through the following: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/Finally, by the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the 404 error messages you experienced. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.Sometimes the permalinks do need to re-saved (after an update for example).
You can read about the most common solutions to 404 errors here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/Only changing permalinks to Plain helped to get pages working.
That is very odd. The calendar is built to work with pretty permalinks.
Perhaps just re-saving them solved the issue (which coincides with the switch to plain permalinks) ?
The other cause for this could be that you created real pages with the “events” and “event” URL.
The way our calendar works, it does not use “real pages”, but it needs exclusivity over certain URLS (as defined by the Events -> Settings -> General screen). In other words, if you actually created a page called “Events”, it could explain why the calendar is not working.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the internal server error you are experiencing during checkout. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, could you tell me if you are using the very latest version of that extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/
Finally, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there!

We are sorry to hear about the month view no longer working on your site. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. There are a couple of things worth trying to fix this:
Thoroughly disable all of your W3 Total Cache settings and empty the cache to see if that helps
Try different settings for Events Template under Events -> Settings -> Display
Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if that helps (using a “maintenance page” plugin for that purpose)
Let me know how that goes.Best regards,

Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-events-tickets .woocommerce .quantity input {
position: relative !important;

I would love to help you with this topic.I am wondering if I should make this change in the child php theme. Is it okay to place this in the child’s php sheet?
Absolutely, in fact this is the recommended approach.
If you see that the changes are not kicking in, you could use the !important argument in your CSS rules.
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the events not showing as expected on your calendar.
I would love to help you with this topic. It appears your site is hidden behind a “maintenance page” plugin of some sort.
Would it be possible to have access to your site somehow (perhaps with some credentials via a private reply) ?Secondly, could you head over to Events -> Settings -> General and look for any “Timezone data” button ? If you find one, please click on it.
Finally, please see if changing the Events Template setting under Events -> Settings -> Display helps.
Hang in there!

I would love to help you with this topic. The simplest way to view this is to go to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/
The purchases are tied to the specific email account used while purchasing. In your case it means that there is just one visible purchase. But perhaps you also made purchases under another email address ?
Let me know if that helps.

MemberGood evening Robin and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for Event Tickets users here in our pre-sales forum.
But, the good news is that you are still welcome to consult this forum and all our premium forums to your liking and browse it for solutions, snippets and tutorials.
We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
- On the WordPress.org support forum for Event Tickets.
- If you’re a current premium license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product.
With that in mind, by the sound of it, the only error that seems to break your site comes from: Call to undefined function get_current_screen() in /home3/adadarte/public_html/wp-content/plugins/timetable/post-type-weekdays.php on line 50
I wonder if that is not a conflict between the Events Calendar and that specific plugin.
You could deactivate that plugin to see if that helps.Other than that, here are the most common solutions to error 500 messages:
- Aside from that, try making sure you are using PHP 5.6+
Let me know how that goes.
