I would love to help you with this topic.
It appears your site is hidden behind a “maintenance page” plugin of some sort.
Would it be possible to have access to your site somehow (perhaps with some credentials via a private reply) ?
Secondly, could you head over to Events -> Settings -> General and look for any “Timezone data” button ? If you find one, please click on it.
Finally, please see if changing the Events Template setting under Events -> Settings -> Display helps.
