MemberGood evening Emiliano and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I totally agree with you, that would be a great feature to have.
In fact, you can suggest it or cast your vote on other features in our User Voice forum. In the meantime, I believe you are using WooCommerce.
If that’s the case, you could probably use a plugin at the WooCommerce level to do exactly what you are looking for. There are many free ones and a couple of premium ones you can find with a quick Google search. Here’s a sample to get you started:
- https://wordpress.org/plugins/product-sales-report-for-woocommerce/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to try to help you with this topic. You have probably already entertained this idea, but have you considered using the additional fields feature of our Pro add-on ?
The reason I ask, is because you can add these fields to the filter bar (e.g.: city and country).
You can read all about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/additional-fields-for-venues-and-organizers/
Let me know if that helps.

As discussed previously, the scope of our support is mostly to get our wonderful customers started on the right track to customize their site and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization 🙁
Currently, there is no simple way to integrate the complete calendar on the home page of the website.
It used to be possible with the use of a plugin such as Event Rocket, but alas this plugin is no longer supported since version 4.0.
You might still want to grab a copy to draw inspiration from it.The good news is that we are currently working on providing our users with a shortcode to embed the full calendar on the page of their choice. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!
In the meantime, some of our users have decided to redirect their home page to the calendar page as a temporary solution.
Finally, there’s always the option to hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

MemberGood evening Thomas and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.can i import events from icloud?
<p style=”text-align: left;”>As long as you have an .ics URL available, you will be able to import events using our iCal importer add-on.</p>
If yes, can i import those events on a different Events Site on my internet site.
I am not sure what you mean exactly by that ? Are you looking to import all of these events on many different sites ? Just some of them on one site and other on another site ?
If you could clarify this, I would be able to give you a better answer 🙂
Now i would like to add a second site which calls “Events not shure”. Can i add a second event site and import my icloud calendar entrys to this second site?
If you are talking about a completely different website, then the answer is yes. You could change the “Events” label by “Events not shure”.
If on the other hand you just want a different type of events, than I would suggest using the iCal importer and putting the default import status to “Draft”. Once that’s done you could do a batch assign of these events to a category such as “Events not shure”.
Finally, the iCal Importer add-on lets you do automatic or manual (one-time) batch imports of the events.
Can i filter this events by a regular expression?
The available filters at the import level are: keywords, date from and radius (distance). You could technically add more filters, but that would require some customization.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the huge log file. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)
Based on the error message you are getting, it sounds like you have a template customization going on at /wp-content/themes/agenda21/tribe-events/ that would need updating to work properly with the latest version of our plugins. More specifically, I would recommend taking a look at line 28 of /wp-content/themes/agenda21/tribe-events/pro/week/loop-grid-allday.php and see how that compares to the file with the same name found in /wp-content//events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/week/loop-grid-allday.php
Let me know if that helps.

If you need anything above my suggestions, you might consider hiring one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
That being said, if you want to replicate the same customization you have already put in place (integrating the tickets_plus form to the list), have you considered simply using the do_shortcode approach (since you are using the Events Calendar Pro)?
This might sound overly simplistic, but it would trigger your customizations.
If you haven’t read it already, here’s the list of shortcodes: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
Let me know if that helps.

MemberGood evening Dennis and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.is it safe to assume that any events that are edited on the site whose feed is named in the recurring iCal importer will be reimported and will replace the corresponding event in the target site?
In theory, the answer is yes. However, experience has taught me that things do go wrong when you least expect it.
So before you do anything, I highly recommend backing up the Database, just in case you need to revert back to the current state of things.
More important, can we count on the fact that an an event deleted on the originating calendar will cause the corresponding event to be deleted on the target site?
I do not believe that deleted event on the original calendar will disappear from your site’s calendar. But I could be wrong on this one.
It will largely depend on the type of events and on the source of the iCal feed itself.Once again, a backup would be key here or better yet, use a test / staging environment.
You might also consider (still after a backup) doing a clean reimport of the iCal generated event (after completely removing them from the table).
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Let me know if that helps.

MemberGood evening Joanna,
I would love a link if you can provide me with one.
I do believe we can probably try a few things before talking to the good folks at Avada.
For one thing, I would try the different settings found under Events > Settings > Display (default style sheet used…).
Have a great evening!

MemberGood evening Anthony,
Thank you for running all the tests.
Based on these results, I am adding this thread to a bug ticket to ensure our Dev team provides a fix for it. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!
In the meantime, the only work around I can think of would be to edit the faulty recurring events manually (to display the proper time).
I am very sorry for all the inconvenience this has caused you so far.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

MemberHey again,
Thank you for installing the plugin and making sure these entries did not exist.
If you actually are interested on exporting the DB, you can do so using the buttons seen on the second screenshot on the following page (CSV, XML,etc..) : https://wordpress.org/plugins/database-browser/screenshots/I did some extra research of my own on the topic and browsed your site to make sure that there is not a bug on our end.
Our plugin specifically sets the following tag on month and similar views:
<meta name="robots" content="noindex, follow" />. In fact, you can see that in the source of each of your website’s page.According to Google if you have multiple tags, which often people with Yoast do, Google says they will follow the strictest of those. If ours says noindex and Yoast says index (which it by default does) our plugin should win.
You can read all about it here: https://developers.google.com/webmasters/control-crawl-index/docs/robots_meta_tag#using-the-robots-meta-tag
So to make a long story short, it does look like Google is not following its own rules. As such, this is a bug on their end, according to their documentation.
If you are up for it, I would encourage you to report it as such to them. Especially since it looks like they are using data that does not even exist on your site!
If you are not up for it (which I would understand), soft 404s are not an issue but rather a suggestion / warning at this point in time.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Let me know what you decide on.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Laura,
I totally understand and I do not mind leaving this open until you can work your magic 🙂
If it can help, as I pointed out before, I totally believe that some customization can add CSS classes to each of these elements. In any case, you are very welcome, it is always a pleasure to help you out.
Let me know what you decide on.
Have a great week!

MemberGood evening Eran,
Oh! Sorry to hear that!
Brian will return shortly, so we can have access to some more of his magic.
Until he does, out of curiosity (to speed up the process), is it possible you updated to 4.07 ?I am asking because as you might guess, that would have removed the earlier patch.
Hang in there!
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Peter,
I totally understand, once again, I am sorry we cannot do more at the moment.
As you know, the only “good news” so to speak, is your are fully entitled to a refund if you want one, since you are within 30 days of your purchase.
To obtain the refund, you just need to <u>follow the procedure described here</u>.
Best of luck with everything.
