ParticipantHi
I just discovered in another thread that Events Tickets Plus is NOT WPML compatible – do you have ANY idea when this will be rectified? This is crucial for the build I am working on – a fully English/French bilingual site and the first phase of it is ticket sales.
Thanks!

MemberGood evening Peter and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I am right there with you. I would personally love that feature for many of my projects. In fact I have already submitted the groundwork instructions to get things started to our Dev team since WPML compatibility for all of our add-ons is totally on our roadmap.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point because, as you can imagine, we are flooded with feature requests (most of them being awesome). As a result, we have to constantly prioritize according to the number of votes we get.
But stay tuned!
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Have a good week-end,
Geoff B.

ParticipantThanks for the reply Geoff – if that’s the case then, I’m going to need to request a refund for my purchase of the events and tickets pro plugin purchases. Can you point me in the direction I can follow for that process?

MemberGood evening Peter,
I totally understand, once again, I am sorry we cannot do more at the moment.
As you know, the only “good news” so to speak, is your are fully entitled to a refund if you want one, since you are within 30 days of your purchase.
To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.
Best of luck with everything.

ParticipantHi guys, we bought (1 hour ago…) the event ticket plus plugin and then… saw that post :/
Well we do not want a refund because your plugin is exactly what we are looking for. But can you give us a heads up?
Are we talking in weeks, months… years before seeing the WMPL compatibility
Thank you in advance for your answer.

MemberGood afternoon Guillaume,
Thank you for your interest in our products.
As I stated earlier in this thread, I cannot commit to a release date at this point.
Don’t get me wrong, I would love to be able to do so, but provided the amount of features we are working on and the proverbial Murphy’s law, we prefer to not disappoint 🙂
That being said, to give you a ballpark, weeks is absolutely too soon and years seem way too far away. Months would probably be the best guesstimate at this point.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Have a great day!
