MemberGood evening Dirk,
As promised, I followed up on this topic with Dev and our Product team.
The short answer is that adding that feature to Community Tickets is in the plans, but unfortunately it is not yet available.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Joanna,
Thank you for the reply and for the system information.
Other than that, I still have a few other questions / requests to get to the bottom of the issue:
- Could I have a screen shot of your event URL slugs as found in Events -> Settings ?
- Can you tell me if you created a page with the following slug http://www.childmags.com.au/events ? The reason I am asking is because if you created such a page, it would probably break the code. The calendar is actually not a “real” page, but needs to use that URL.
Another thing you might want to try is the following procedure: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/

MemberHello everybody,
Thank you for following up.
Over the next couple of days there should be a Maintenance release 4.1.1 that finally fixes this issue. So stay tuned.
We really appreciate your patience on this one.
Best regards,

MemberHey Malcom,
Thanks for the reply and the system information.
There is one last piece of information I would require for testing purposes.
Would you mind sharing a screenshot link of your settings for WooCommerce -> Settings -> General (specifically the currency options) ?
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Fabio and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The good news is that you can totally tweak how pretty much everything looks on your calendar related pages. In fact, we made sure that our plugin was built with an architecture that would enable our customers to do that.
As a first step, you might want to read our Themer’s guide.
This will give you a sense of how you can come up with your own versions of the calendar related templates. Simply put, whatever you put in the /tribe-events folder and functions.php of your WordPress theme will have priority over the default layouts and behaviours. We also put at your disposition a fairly complete list of the functions that are available to you for tweaking here: https://theeventscalendar.com/functions/
That being said, there is no built-in widget or shortcode for tickets at this point. So template customization is pretty much your only option for now.
If that’s outside of your confort zone, you might want to hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Lee and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us and providing your system information.
We are sorry about our over zealous bot closing your previous thread automatically.
I would love to help you with this topic.Would you mind sharing a link to your CSV file in a private reply so that I can try some tests on my end ?
As a side note, I am noticing that you are still using version 4.05 of our plugins, I would recommend updating to the latest version to enjoy some awesome new features.

Thank you for reaching out to us, for the details and for the system information.
We are sorry about our over zealous bot 🙁
I would love to help you with this topic. As my colleague Hunter hinted at in the previous thread, by the looks of it there’s a high chance that this is caused by a plugin or theme conflict.
As such, the fastest way to find out is to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
That being said, I would say that Event Rocket is the most likely culprit. Unfortunately, it is no longer compatible with our plugins or supported since version 4.0. So as a first step I would try deactivating it and see what happens.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Christine,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us separately for this topic.
However, since we already have a follow-up for this specific point in a previous thread of yours, I will go ahead and close this thread.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the missing options while using the Enfold theme.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are 100% right, this theme includes template customizations for their own purpose.
As you can imagine, we are limited to getting people started on the right track when it comes to customizations. With that in mind (and after a backup), here’s a couple of things I would suggest:
- Please read our Themer’s guide. This will give you a general sense of how they did the customization and what files/lines to remove from there. Mostly the /tribe-events folder and any reference to the Events Calendar in functions.php
- If I understand this correctly, I believe the Events Calendar plugin is packaged with the theme. If that is correct, I would recommend removing it from there and reinstalling it standalone separately as a new plugin. In other words, the best way to gain control of the plugin back is to remove all traces of it from your theme.
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the routing error.
I would love to help you with this topic. The good news is that this is not default behaviour, so we should be able to find the cause (and the resolution for it).
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)
Could you also provide me (in a private reply) screenshot links to the setting of the event above and of the RSVP ticket so that I can run some testing ?
p.s.: I just did a test on your site which you can ignore.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the blank email being sent out.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)
My best guess is that this wrongfully titled email might have been a result of the following:
- Your default WooCommerce template might have been tweaked to include that title
- This information is set at WooCommerce -> Settings -> Email
Let me know what you find out ?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. This is a great question.
As far as I can tell, unfortunately it does not look like attendee information is supported in Community Tickets. At least not in a way that would let Front-End users create and manage such fields.
If you don’t mind, I will investigate this a bit further with our Dev and Product team and report my findings.
Best regards,

March 28, 2016 at 5:05 pm in reply to: Getting hundreds of 404 links for URLs that have [[=permalink]] appended to them #1095062Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Cynthia and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the 404 URLs you have been getting.
I would love to help you with this topic.First off, to be completely transparent, normally the word “permalink” should not be part of any URL. The %5B and %5D from the URL you shared are html for brackets (which are not supported in a URL, hence the 404)
Out of curiosity, would you mind sharing a screenshot of what the permalink settings for your site are (in a private reply) ?
Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out ?
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
I know this might be time consuming, but it is truly the fastest way to come to a resolution.
Let me know how that goes.
