MemberGood evening Paul and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.
There are a couple of ways to go about your client’s main requirement: to make sure the attendee pays the conference fee.
One of the best approach in my opinion, would be to use a plugin such as: http://www.itthinx.com/plugins/groups-woocommerce/
This way you could make the conference fee a distinct WordPress product that would unlock access to the other products which would otherwise be impossible to purchase.
Keep in mind it is also possible to redirect customers to a product page through customization.
You could even combine this with one of the following plugins: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/chained-products-vs-product-bundles-vs-force-sells-vs-grouped-products/
That being said, there are no direct built-in way to do this.
If this is outside of your comfort zone, you might consider hiring one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Secondly, I believe you might benefit from taking another approach for your discounts.
I suggest having only 1 ticket and using a plugin such as:- https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-bulk-discount/
- https://www.woothemes.com/products/dynamic-pricing/
In other words, such a plugin will detect the quantity and provide the discount automatically.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Also, if you prefer, we can absolutely continue this conversation in French.Technically, we do not officially support Qtranslate usage with our plugins.
We are gradually making all of them compatible with WPML for multilingual sites instead. With that in mind, you can edit many things in our calendar.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works. It even points you to the files to edit to do a template customization of the emails that get sent.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the “Sorry, this key is out of installs” message you have been receiving.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I am noticing is that your Event Tickets Plus license is for spiritual-frontiers.com while your Event Calendar Pro license is for spiritualfrontiers.com .
I am not sure if the lack 0f “-” in the second one is an accident or not ?
Either way, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Could you also send a screenshot of your license key page under Events -> Settings -> Licenses ?

I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would recommend to try is to re-save your permalinks in Settings > Permalinks
If that does not work, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

It looks like the site you are looking to replicate uses a third-party WordPress theme called Eventica: http://themeforest.net/item/eventica-event-calendar-ecommerce-for-wordpress/10102155
If you want to have a site that is identical, I would start by purchasing and installing that WordPress theme which contains template customizations for our plugins.
Let me know if that helps.

MemberHey Matthew,
No worries.
Normally these extra folders should be in the Videofly WordPress theme itself.
Perhaps these were simply not part of the .zip you provided me with ?Let me know what you find out ?

MemberGood evening Teresa,
Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, it looks like the screenshot did not make it in the reply 🙁
Perhaps using something like a dropbox or google drive link would work better.
There are a couple of other things we could do.
- Go through our complete testing for conflicts procedure on your test install and let us know what you find out. Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
- Send us a .zip file link containing your WordPress theme and/or child-theme
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Anne,
Thank you for writing back.
I just ran an additional test on my end and I believe I found a glitch in the proposed solution.
You still need to modify line 53, but instead of the “max” variable, you need to change the last one of that line.
The correct variable to tweak is “value”, which you need to change to 1.Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Keinan,
Thank you for writing back and congratulations on making good progress in your investigation.
You have several good questions. I’ll be happy to answer them.
can I post the system information privately on the pre purchase forum? I don’t see the option.
The answer is yes, but only in a thread of the premium forum. In other words, logged-in with your client’s credentials.
I wish the system worked differently, but alas that’s one of our limitations. So I guess my question is, what are the existing custom fields?
Without seeing screenshots of the actual Edit events screens where they appear, it’s hard to say.
I would understand if you are not comfortable with sharing those publicly. The only other option in that case would be to reopen a ticket with your client’s credentials.
Let me know either way.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Riccardo,
By the looks of it, the most probable cause of the interference is the Loco translate plugin.
If you do indeed have .po and .mo files, would you mind deactivating the plugins temporarily?
If that doesn’t work out, could you please send me a link to a copy of your WordPress child theme in a .zip file ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.
