From the looks of it, there could a conflict at play.
We will need to troubleshoot together to identify the culprit if you don’t mind.
Full disclosure, since Enfold encapsulates the Events Calendar, this sometimes leads to unexpected behaviours.
The good news is that worst case scenario, you could remove that encapsulation as stated here: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/default-template-settings-missing-from-event-calendar-pro/
Could you please go through our complete testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation and theme see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
