MemberGood evening Bernard,
Thank you for writing back.
I’m glad that updating WooCommerce solved the no-display issue. Kudos on that.
Based on the fact that you are also experiencing another issue, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Based on your description, it seems like there might be a customization in your WordPress theme that is preventing Event Tickets to display the additional attendee info (probably a WooCommerce customization).
You can test that easily by temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-fifteen (perhaps with maintenance mode on) and see if the problem persists.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Bryan,
I’m stoked to see that this solved the issue for you!
I also totally respect and understand your desire to be safe and not use phpMyAdmin.
You are welcome back on our support forums any time 🙂
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great weekend!

MemberGood evening Kimberly,
Thank you for writing back and clarifying what you are looking to do.
You are right, there is no specific solution to your are trying to do in there.
The articles I sent were mainly a way to get you started on customizing your RSS feeds (I was not sure if you had read them). My main goal was to provide you with a sense of what could be done (along with the related articles).
Unfortunately, as you might know, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.
We unfortunately do not provide complete support for that type of customization.
With that in mind, there are a couple of other posts that should bring you closer to what you are trying to achieve.
I would recommend reading:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/rss-feed-that-includes-everything-about-the-event/
- http://web.resource.org/rss/1.0/modules/event/
Hopefully this can help you get started.
If not, you could hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Luciana,
Thank you for your answer, your explanation and for the system information.
I have the pro version and already checked in all language folders and contained files to Portuguese of Brazil, but still appear in English on the website.
Based on the link you sent me, I see that some of the strings are still in English (e.g.: RELATED EVENTS)
, but for the most part they are in Portuguese. Can you confirm this or if that’s not the case provide me with a link to a page where the content is not translated to Portuguese ?
For the strings that are not translating to your liking, you can always use the following snippet: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
And have other a big problem!
Use the theme Festiven and the calendar does not work on it. I just can not move to the next month. Check the link:http://profitrecife.com.br/events/
I have registered events, but it does not allow to view the coming months.
I believe this is because you are using the list view as the default view.
You can change that setting at Events -> Settings -> Display (try changing the Default view to “Month”)
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Adrian,
I have great news!
Dev has come up with a temporary plugin to fix the issue until we correct it in our next maintenance release. You can download it here: fix-etp-wpec
As a side note, this plugin might generate a warning message upon activation. But it should allow you to use WP ecommerce tickets once again.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Conny and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
In there you promised a change in version 4.3 and that it will be ready before the snow starts to fall…I sincerely hope that this problem will be fixed faster than that since I have an angry customer that wants to have their site and calendar up and running on several languages.
To answer your question, unfortunately, the target release date has not officially changed.
Please know that we are working hand-in-hand with the good folks from WPML to make this a reality.I realize it’s not great, but as I pointed out to that other customer, there is a manual way to make recurring events work with WPML. In the meantime, it’s the best solution we have.
If you are up for it, I can totally walk you through the steps.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Best regards,

MemberGood afternoon Arwyn and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the fatal error message and the fact that you can’t login to your WordPress admin.
I would love to help you with this topic. It seems like there was an issue during the update process which prevented it from completing.
The quickest solution would be to use either:
- An FTP access to your server
- The File manager UX from your CPanel
What you need to do is to head over to http://photoschools4u.com/wp-content/plugins
From there, look for the event tickets plus folder and temporarily rename it z_event-tickets-plus.
That should deactivate the plugin and allow you to regain access to your WordPress admin.
Once that’s done, I recommend updating the plugin manually instead.
You can download it from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for your kind words.
I just wanted to follow-up on this. Is there any pending issue that we haven’t addressed at this point ?

MemberGood afternoon Heather,
I’m sorry about the confusion and frustration.
It is certainly not intended.I think there might be something I am missing.
What is the URL of the page that generates the screenshot ?On my end, if I go to http://michiganrunnergirl.com/events/ the calendar displays perfectly.
The only thing I need to do is set up a menu item to the /events page. I don’t quite understand how to do this
You will find a great tutorial on how to add custom URLs to your menu here: http://easywpguide.com/wordpress-manual/appearance/updating-the-menu/adding-a-custom-link-menu-item/
It all starts by going to Appearance > Menus
do I set up the ‘submit an event’ page that way as well?
Yes, absolutely.
Let me know if that helps or if you require additional information.
Have a great day and hang tight as we are wrapping this up!

MemberGood evening Craig and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to answer your questions. Is there any way we can show parent-child Event Category hierarchy on Filter bar of the Events Calendar Pro plugin.?
The short answer is yes. It is possible.
However, there is no built-in way to do so at the moment. You would need to do it via some template override / customization.
At this point you could:
- Read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how customizations works and give it a shot. Clue, the event categories are stored in the wp_terms related table and their relationships too.
- Hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
- Suggest it as a feature request here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas so that others can vote on it too!
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

MemberGood evening Richard,
Thank you for trying out these steps.
Based on what you are telling me (and without the complete system information), I think the issue might be stemming from your WordPress version.
There have been reports of error 500 messages being generated with older version of WordPress ( < 4.3 )If you are able to send me the complete content (including the scroll down part) of the system information page when you get a chance, I would like to look at its details to confirm.
So in short this leaves you with a few viable options. All of which would require a backup of your Database beforehand to ensure you can go back to in case of unforeseen issues.
Ideally, it would be better to perform these tests in a staging/test environment. You could:
- Upgrade to a more recent version of WordPress (4.3 and up)
- Roll back to the previous version of our plugins (4.1.4) by
- Downloading the previous version of Pro from your downloads page: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
- Getting the previous version of our free plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Craig and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products and your great feedback.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.1. We need our users to fill a registration form (about 20 fields) when register. We will need to export the list of attendees with registration form fields into a CSV file. Can we do so with your plugin & addons? If yes, what addons do we need?
You could accomplish this by using our Event Tickets Plus premium add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
It will provide you with the ability to use Customizable Registration Fields AND export the list into a CSV file with all the attendee information.
If you would rather not use an e-commerce platform such as WooCommerce just for that purpose, I have some good news.
Installing Event Tickets Plus also provides these extra features to our free Event Tickets plugin 🙂
2. Is it possible to integrate Gravity Form with this plugin?
The short answer is yes. It is impossible to integrate both plugins.
However, there is no built-in way to do this. It will require some customization on your end.
Some of our users have had success with the following approaches:
- Using our the Events Calendar Pro add-on additional fields feature: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-additional-fields/
- Using Gravity Form’s API, as described here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/integrating-gravity-forms-and-the-events-calendar/#post-1051543
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Timothy and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This is a great question.I can totally see how that feature might be very handy.
That being said, I am unable to find any trace of this being a feature we are working on at the present moment.Could you point out to me where you read about that ?
The good news is that I am pretty sure that this can be accomplished via:
- A template override / customization. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
- Hiring one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
- Using a third-party plugin (depending on your e-commerce plugin), such as: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-incremental-product-quantities/ or https://docs.woothemes.com/document/minmax-quantities/
Best regards,
Geoff B.
