GuestWe have tried your free version and we like the features.
1. We need our users to fill a registration form (about 20 fields) when register. We will need to export the list of attendees with registration form fields into a CSV file. Can we do so with your plugin & addons? If yes, what addons do we need?
2. Is it possible to integrate Gravity Form with this plugin?
Thanks,

MemberGood evening Craig and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products and your great feedback.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.1. We need our users to fill a registration form (about 20 fields) when register. We will need to export the list of attendees with registration form fields into a CSV file. Can we do so with your plugin & addons? If yes, what addons do we need?
You could accomplish this by using our Event Tickets Plus premium add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
It will provide you with the ability to use Customizable Registration Fields AND export the list into a CSV file with all the attendee information.
If you would rather not use an e-commerce platform such as WooCommerce just for that purpose, I have some good news.
Installing Event Tickets Plus also provides these extra features to our free Event Tickets plugin 🙂
2. Is it possible to integrate Gravity Form with this plugin?
The short answer is yes. It is impossible to integrate both plugins.
However, there is no built-in way to do this. It will require some customization on your end.
Some of our users have had success with the following approaches:
- Using our the Events Calendar Pro add-on additional fields feature: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-additional-fields/
- Using Gravity Form’s API, as described here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/integrating-gravity-forms-and-the-events-calendar/#post-1051543
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
