ParticipantHi there,
I went to my site yesterday, I checked the update.
I have the fatal error:
I CANNOT login to my WP-admin at all now!
This is urgent.
Please advise on this error message!
Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__Tickets_Plus__Commerce__WooCommerce__Main’ not found in /home/photos74/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/Loader.php on line 66
Many thanks.
Arwyn Bailey.

MemberGood afternoon Arwyn and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the fatal error message and the fact that you can’t login to your WordPress admin.
I would love to help you with this topic. It seems like there was an issue during the update process which prevented it from completing.
The quickest solution would be to use either:
- An FTP access to your server
- The File manager UX from your CPanel
What you need to do is to head over to http://photoschools4u.com/wp-content/plugins
From there, look for the event tickets plus folder and temporarily rename it z_event-tickets-plus.
That should deactivate the plugin and allow you to regain access to your WordPress admin.
Once that’s done, I recommend updating the plugin manually instead.
You can download it from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantHi there,
Eventually I just deleted the events plus plugin, and then updated the rest, and then installed the old events plus plugin, and then updated it.
The issue was the order in which you updated the plugins and woo commerce, which also needed updating!
The line in question says bomb the site, if the versions are incompatible.
It is the first time that I have had a plugin prevent me from actually logging on.
All resolved now, and fortunately did not take too much to do. But, not being able to login, meant that I could NOT use updraft plus backup!
Please test a bit more throughly next time.
Cheers.
Arwyn.

MemberGood morning Arwyn,
Again, we are truly sorry about this.
I’m mostly glad that you were able to get your site working again.
I have passed your recommendations along to our Dev team.
This way they can run some additional tests and validations on simultaneous plugin updates to avoid such things from happening again.Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
You are welcome back on our support forums any time 🙂
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great weekend!
Geoff B.
