ParticipantHello, and thanks in advanced for your help.
I’ve installed Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus with WooCommerce. A fresh installation. The tickets purchase options does not display on the ticket Post page unless I log in. Tickets I create are show in WooCommers products, so they exist.
I do not require login to RSVP or to purchase a ticket in Events Settings. Neither of these options are set, but even if I set they do not affect display.
I had a colleague test and she too can’t see the ticket, even after she logs in. I seem to be the only one who can see the tickets, but only when I’m logged in.
I’ve created multiple tickets and none show up.
Any suggestions?
Bernard

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about that you can’t view the tickets unless you log in.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Secondly, could you provide me with a URL where that is the case ?
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Bernard,
Thank you for writing back.
I’m glad that updating WooCommerce solved the no-display issue. Kudos on that.
Based on the fact that you are also experiencing another issue, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Based on your description, it seems like there might be a customization in your WordPress theme that is preventing Event Tickets to display the additional attendee info (probably a WooCommerce customization).
You can test that easily by temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-fifteen (perhaps with maintenance mode on) and see if the problem persists.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Bernard,
Thank you for writing back.
It looks like you are using the Enfold theme. If that is the case, I believe the good folks at Kriesi have a solution for you: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/conflict-with-event-calendar-attendee-information/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
